Very very disappointed. Cannot sadly recommend them. All units come from China so delivery times are not guaranteed and not all arrive undamaged.
Three kitchen designers were tasked to handle my kitchen over 9 months as the first two left the company. Haven’t met the third.
Complete lack of communication concerning the recommended and definitely required repainting of the kitchen units to ensure their perfect finish, that is only done free of charge if you take out their lifetime guarantee which comes with their dry fit installation ... otherwise you are required to do it yourself with two pots of free paint or pay someone to do it. They won’t even give you the painters details as they are tied into the installer.
The lifetime guarantee by the way, is only valid for the person who buys the kitchen not with the kitchen itself and only if you use their nominated installer.
Their nominated installer requires payment upfront, doesn’t visit the property prior to payment, and only dry fits the units. You pay extra for additional add ons, removing packaging and the kitchen has to be completely ready with white goods on site. They don’t install your white goods however. They merely install the units that’s it. All this is known only after you’ve paid for the kitchen by which time you’ll have to run around and find extra help. Any issues will incur delays to fitting the kitchen.
All supplementary information imperative to completing your kitchen project is only known after you’ve opened the kitchen unit boxes and had to fully pay for your kitchen otherwise Neptune won’t deliver, and if you do require assistance after you’ve paid, no one takes your call whether that be the store manager covering both Bournemouth and Winchester or from customer service in Swindon.
Would I recommend Neptune for your new kitchen? ... def not. Sadly I’m regretting not doing more research. The saving grace ...the worktop supplier and my builder. Couldn’t have managed without them. As for Neptune, major changes needed quickly to both customer service and their installation service!

I ordered a Boscombe 75cm round table about 6 months ago. When it was delivered, the delivery men said they would be happy to erect it for me, but I declined, as I feel quite capable of putting a few screws etc. in the right place. I began putting the table together immediately after they left, only to find that the two packages only contained one set of fixings, when there should have been four. I immediately phoned the delivery men and advised them accordingly. They said they would advise Neptune and the additional fixings would be delivered by first class post before Xmas. Nothing happened, so I phoned Neptune several days later and was told that the delivery men had not in fact made any notes on the paperwork, nor made any request to get the fixings sent. Customer services said they would send the additional fixings, and they did. My wife tried to put the table together when I was out of the house after the items had arrived, only to discover that the threaded bars were the wrong size. The bars were 8mm and holes they were supposed to go into were only 6mm. I phoned and spoke to Peter (customer services) and advised I was NOT happy with the service so far. He advised that he would have the table changed and would have a ‘white glove team’ to deliver and erect it today, Monday 17th. He advised me that I would receive an email from Neptune providing a 3 hour delivery window and the delivery team would phone me when they were 30 minutes away.
Today, as I had received no such email from Neptune, I went out shopping only to be interrupted by a call from my daughter stating that Neptune had arrived and were building the table! I returned and provided some fairly blunt feedback to the delivery team. They told my daughter (29years old) they hadn’t tried to phone me as they were ‘just around the corner’ so they thought they would try my address. Interestingly, they informed me that they had tried phoning my landline number but the call wasn’t connecting. I advised them that I had been using the phone all morning to both make and receive calls, so I find their excuse unconvincing to say the least. I said to the men that I didn’t believe I was the first and only person in the country to have received this table with the wrong sized threaded bars. They assured me that I wasn’t, which begs the question as to why this is a continuing issue? When I first spoke to Peter about it, he seemed to be amazed with my explanation of the wrong sized bars, as if it was the very first time it had happened.
I feel very disappointed with the service from Neptune regarding this product. The product is good. The service - bloody awful.

We ordered a beautiful sofa from Neptune and there was a mistake in the size. Neptune couldn’t have been nicer and immediately offered to rectify the situation. We’ve been so impressed by their kindness and would definitely buy from them again.

Products are always great quality but the friendliness of staff in the different stores varies! Was disappointed by the long delivery times- these are often longer than what is stated which may be due to Christmas. Online and social media inspiration is great!

Ordered two pieces of furniture in August, quoted an 8-12 week delivery, we were then informed that we wouldn’t receive one of the items until mid December. After struggling to get an actual delivery commitment from Neptune, we finally were given a date of 16th Dec, this was approx 20 weeks after ordering and paying for the item only for it to be delivered in a very damaged unusable condition. We have now been informed that we won’t receive the replacement until some time in February which will be 6 months after we paid for it. Have been extremely disappointed with the customer service from Neptune who pride themselves on customer experience, our experience has been bitterly disappointing.

We are so pleased with our Moreton dining table and Calverston chairs. Purchased at the Bournemouth store where Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful, even staying after closing as I couldn’t make my mind up! Delivered as promised which is something that is getting harder to achieve for many companies.
