So impressed with the customer service in the Chesham store. They have been outstanding trying to resolve a problem I had with an order. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but this store is outstanding. In particular a special mention to Emily-Grace for all her efforts. Fantastic!

Neptune quality through and through. From the tissue box cover to the fabulous laundry basket everything not only looks great but feels great too. Things are pricey but the quality is unquestionable and always worth the wait, if you happen to experience it.

Thrilled with the three pictures I ordered through the Chesham store. They are superbly made and framed and mounted to a very high standard.
The ordering process was rather painful though as trying to pay by gift card was time consuming and complicated as your staff struggled with your till system.
They were delivered very promptly by DPD and extremely well packaged to protect them

We recently had a kitchen and utility room designed and built by Neptune.
Matt Sowerby designed us a beautiful kitchen - he had lots of good ideas and some great suggestions and tips.
There were a few admin hiccups along the way which is why I haven’t given it five stars BUT the team were very helpful in explaining / rectifying these.
Thank you - especially Matt for going above and beyond.

It is always easy to be critical of companies but I also feel that we should provide balance and recognise great service when it is received - and for me, this was 3 times in 4 days.

Twice from the Chesham branch where Patsy (who I understand to be new) worked with me over the phone to research and investigate a bed I was interested in from their showroom. She took pictures, sent them through to my email and reserved it for me. Second, Laura from the same branch helped me a few days later when I phoned up to purchase the bed in a super helpful way.

Between those two telephone experiences, we visited the York store and were helped by a gentleman who I chatted to about my old mini (I think his was the newer one in the car park) and he answered lots & lots of questions that we had about the flooring, and also the Chawton range of furniture.

What I loved was there was no hard sell, no "buy it today and we will give you x% off but make your decision now" (although the furniture isn't cheap so a few percent off would be great). We just got quiet, helpful, calm, knowledgeable competence.

A great in store & telephone experience

The ladies in Neptune Chesham are always so warm and welcoming. They kindly reserved some Ripley tea light holders and Christmas trees for me when their delivery arrived, which I then collected in store….just in time for Christmas presents!

I find the staff, in general rude and give the impression they have far more important things to do than help you.

The quality of the product, choice of colours and the professionalism of the delivery men who took care with the assembly.

As always outstanding customer service- always personally greeted- offered a glass of Prosecco which was a really lovely touch and nothing was too much hassle for the lovely lady serving me!

Pictures and clock arrived in perfect condition. They were as described and really well packaged. They go brilliantly with our modern shaker style kitchen.

Great store, super helpful staff - absolute joy to browse, shop and chat with all the staff. Thank you 😊

Why haven’t discovered you before? I visited on Friday, looking for a gift for a friend Laura Em( long hair) gave me loads of ideas put in my budget no hard self and no pressure. I will certainly be back for the customer service alone.

A beautiful store with high quality products and very helpful staff. I enjoy the special events and thought the recent talk on paint colour was very informative and well organised.

Always such a treat visiting Neptune Chesham! I attended the colour event in store yesterday with a friend and we had such a lovely time. It had such a relaxing atmosphere with lots of nibbles and drinks, and a beautiful goodie bag to take home, which was a lovely surprise! The talk from Simon was so informative and interesting, and I came away with so many ideas and tips for my own home! We then enjoyed a mooch around the store, which looked beautiful as ever, and the whole team couldn’t be more attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit- We always had a refreshment in hand! Overall a wonderful experience as always, and I look forward to attending lots more upcoming events in the future!
