I love this store, always have a great experience when shopping here. Walking in, I’m hit with the beautiful Neptune candle scents and stunning interiors. The friendly staff always greet me on arrival and are on hand if I have any questions.
We first discovered Neptune 5 years ago when looking for a new kitchen. The kitchen designers were amazing and we now have a dream kitchen which still looks as great as it did the day it was installed. The quality is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Neptune kitchen and Neptune Farnham in particular.

I cannot recommend Neptune Farnham highly enough, especially the very competent and charming Katrina, who above and beyond the call of duty, has gone out of her way to accommodate my demands. Renovating an old house and living abroad means that I am rarely in the UK for the designated delivery day in my area. However, Katrina and the Farnham team are so welcoming, efficient and always come up with a solution so I can get my furniture. This has now happened twice! (13/10/23 & 02/11/24)

We have been undertaking a complete renovation of our Arts and Crafts house for a number of years. A Neptune kitchen and laundry were at the top of our must have list and guided the whole design aesthetic. Neptune Farnham, with Danica leading the team could not have done more to help us realise our vision. The quality of both the design service and all cabinetry materials right down to the last hinge is exceptional. I can not recommend them more highly.

We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service and beautiful designs from Neptune Farnham for our Edwardian living spaces. The attention to detail and the understanding of our home’s style and our habits were truly impressive.

We could not have been more delighted in our Neptune kitchen. The whole process from beginning to end was wonderful and Gill really was at the heart of that experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the final design she came up with could not have been better. All the areas function beautifully and the quality of the workmanship is next to none. Even some tiny snagging issues were all dealt with by the team and by the end of it all, we felt like we had had such a positive and personal experience that it could not have been bettered. Gill became a friend to rely on who had such attention to detail, that nothing went unnoticed by her. Thank you all!

Last year I moved from a large house into an Apartment to downsize and also live in the centre of Farnham

a terrifying experience. However - Gill at Neptune made this experience for my husband and I so wonderful.

having had large, cosy family homes i wanted to maintain the feeling of welcome and homeliness while appreciating the fact my apartment was modern.

Love this store, visit frequently for Interior inspiration, invaluable advice and amazing customer service. The store is beautifully presented, so much so I never really want to leave. Most recent visit was for their Christmas market and it was lovely to see local crafts in a relaxed non sale pressured environment. Will be back very soon

Store very well laid out, stock presented in a very attractive way., found things I didn't know I needed! Staff very helpful and were able to give me advice on colour schemes and furniture for my rooms. Having recently moved into a new house this was very useful.

I visited the Christmas market at Neptune Farnham today where everything was beautifully presented, with artisans keen to talk about their products.
Great ambience in the lovely premises with live music from a local singer songwriter and really helpful staff.

I brought a long 2 friends who had never been to Neptune before. But will certainly be visiting again.

I love Neptune and have shopped there on numerous occasions. However, this time the sales assistant was very snooty and unhelpful when we needed help with buying a lampshade. It was only when a colleague came over to support her did she become less aloof and a bit more helpful. I made my purchase but it was not an enjoyable experience.

We have just had a kitchen installed in London and we are delighted with the results. It is stunning and creates a fabulous space to cook and entertain in. It was designed by Danica in the Farnham store (as they have such a great range of kitchens on show to gain inspiration from), who was very professional and helpful, really wanting to make sure the design met all our needs and expectations. I would highly recommend her. The installation was overseen by Ian, who ensured that it all went smoothly, liaising throughout with our builders and answering our queries. The fitting of the kitchen was undertaken by Jono of Eleven Oaks who did a brilliant job, with great attention to detail, and finally it was decorated by Tom who finished it off beautifully. All those involved were incredibly helpful and really nice and professional to deal with. Everyone who visits the house loves it, as do we, so a big thank you to Neptune for delivering our dream kitchen. Ollie and Laura

I recently had a home colour consultation visit. Extremely helpful to see all the samples held against the walls . Ilyeash suggested colours that I wouldn’t have thought of.
A really useful experience for anyone who is indecisive about choosing colours.
