But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Outstanding customer - centric care and attention from Emily Guiton and Sarah at Guildford. Wonderful support from Greg Witek. Cannot fault the entire experience with Neptune. Head and shoulders above the competition and excellent value for money. My kitchen is truly a thing of beauty! The sales experience and standard of workmanship was excellent and it is a beautiful kitchen that I love. However the online delivery of some items and the communication was not as good as I expected from such an upmarket company.

We love Neptune and went into the Guildford store this weekend to buy some bits. However when checking out we were greeted by a very rude manager, the members of staff were nice but the manager was beyond rude. We will never be shopping at the Guildford store again. Would avoid!!!!

Neptune - a great discovery!
A Neptune store from a town we never go to happened to send us a flyer. We went online, saw a kitchen table and chairs that we liked and also spotted that they had a shop in Guildford. We rang to check they had the table, visited the store and thought it was perfect. We had nice service in the store and purchased it. It’s just been delivered. The guys (Andre and Liam) were super. They fitted the table together and positioned it for us (marble is really heavy). Nice manner and service - and they were early in the slot. It looks great and is very comfortable. Thank you Neptune. We wouldn’t have known about you without that random mail shot from Weybridge. We can recommend you.
