Neptune - Guildford Reviews 

I wanted to find replacement cushions for an outdoor sofa and chairs. I contacted the Guildford Store and everybody I spoke to was excellent. They could not do enough to help me. Shaillie was the lovely lady who looked after me and one time when I called she was putting on her coat to go home. She delayed leaving for the day (a Friday evening too) and spent at least 20 minutes going through my order. Once placed, she kept me up to date with the delivery which arrived exactly when she said it would. Excellent to have this level of service.

Great service again from (Rachel) Neptune, Guildford. Polite, helpful & efficient. The item was packed up well and sent straight away. I have a much more positive experience when I use the shop directly. I will defiantly use this shop again.

Perfect service in shop and good delivery.

We found the perfect wall lights and ordered three. Unfortunately we had chosen late whilst the house was being rewired so we needed them quickly. We were quoted five to ten working days but in fact they arrived in two and are now enhancing our room

Right from the initial meeting that I had with Jess, she understood my vision and we soon were creating some great ideas together. I really enjoyed the presentation meeting as she had created a wonderful mood board, lots of visuals and I could really see our lounge design was going to be wonderful. Within 12 weeks it was time for everything I had ordered to be put into place and wow what a reveal and transformation from a bare room to a wonderful space where my husband and I can now entertain and enjoy relaxing in our transformed space.

Excellent service from Freya and the team at Guildford Neptune who couldn't have been more helpful. They helped when I couldn't get the website to work and ordered the table I wanted for me. A slight snag when it was delivered with a small crack in it but a quick call to Freya and she sorted a replacement. The quality of the table is excellent but even better is the lovely service I received. Thank you to all at Guildford

I LOVE Neptune! Whatever you buy there, big or small, is always top quality and beautiful. Staff in their shops are super helpful and friendly. It might be pricier than other brands, but I would say it’s money well spent.

Unfortunately they didn’t have the lamp I wanted in the store but I ordered it anyway. To my amazement it arrived two days later and just before Christmas. The lamp itself was in a sale and it is really good quality. We’re all very happy with it. Thank you Neptune.

Incorrect pricing is very frustrating.
Saw a nice floor lamp with shade in the Guildford store, am accustomed to Neptune's price levels so was not surprised to see it priced at £255. I enquired and was told it is in stock for delivery. I took a picture of the ticket to be sure I had the right model etc., came home to order online, identical lamp plus shade shows as £295. Called to store to query, was told "ah sorry we've got the price label wrong", despite this being a printed ticket with clear unambiguous details. No suggestion that they would honour the price shown in store, which is what any decent firm would do when they make a mistake. Instead of leaving me feeling good about Neptune, they've left me wanting to give them a poor review on Trustpilot and a story to tell others about my Neptune experience. No winners here, whereas a gesture to offer at the ticketed price would had been a better outcome for everyone. Frankly I doubt that Neptune would lose money selling a lamp for £255...

UPDATE: Neptune have put this right without any fuss within 24 hours, which goes a long way towards restoring my trust in their customer service values. Changing this review from 2 star to 4 star.

Delivery team was first class. Placed our furniture item in situ without any issues a tidied up and removed the packaging for us. Very helpful advice about care and maintenance of our product too.

Terrible customer service while returning an online purchase. No paperwork with delivery but I had e receipt which is more than enough in other stores but Neptune Staff struggled with this concept and struggled even more to communicate with me, their customer. Expected more from Neptune’s customer service

We have bought a few items from this store, all of which we love. But it was when one of them sadly broke that Neptune's exceptional customer service blew us away.

Emmaleigh from the Guildford store couldn't have been more helpful. I'd never shopped at Neptune before but am so impressed by the staff and the quality of the products. I'm now a regular customer for sure. I even got a follow up e-mail to see if I needed anymore help - just fantastic.

Not only is Neptune furniture stylish in a lovely rustic way, but the staff at Guildford saved me from making a few errors and planned the right amount of furniture for each room which was wonderful. One of the Guildford girls on her way home for the evening brought a sample chair for me to check how it would fit in the space I had available, this was over and above my expectations. Recently I had an issue with a piece of garden furniture and it was replaced without any hesitation. Warm wishes to Neptune Guildford Well Done Thank you.
