What a fantastic service at Neptune! We bought some beautiful garden furniture at Neptune about 18 months ago and unfortunately the table wore badly. I sent just one email and photo to Neptune and, to our great delight, they offered to replace it with a new table immediately. You cannot have better customer service than that! I would like to add that we have bought a few pieces of furniture in recent times and are thrilled with everything – all beautiful and made for longevity. Yes you pay a bit extra but I have no doubt we will still be using it all in 20 years+!

I have had an excellent experience with working with Chris Budgen at Neptune Weybridge . Both as a developer and in my own home. The product design and exciting colour ways makes for a memorable kitchen, which will really add value to every home .

The Neptune Weybridge team are all superstars! From customer service, kitchen designers to installation team and finishes with personal touches, they will go out of their way to make your kitchen installation and completion immaculate!

Neptune Weybridge have provided the most proactive and friendly service for our kitchen refit.

From working up the design, on site measure, manufacture and installation, every member of staff has been exemplary. We went through several iterations to get to the final layout, nothing was too much trouble.

Speed and accuracy of communication has been outstanding.

The quality of the kitchen is also of the highest standard, all oak and hand installed.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Neptune Weybridge. Staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful with Natalie promptly dealing with my curtain pole enquiry on this visit. A bonus this time was Thomas’s pop-up shop with an interesting selection of beautiful items all sourced from France, including lots of edible goodies, olive boards and utensils, cheese knives and linens. All beautifully displayed.

I put the wrong delivery address and was able to change it easily by phone to a very helpful member of staff .

It has been a pleasure to deal with Shannon at the Weybridge store over ordering some Chesil limestone flooring and Elcot wall tiles for my new build house. All the ordering and deliveries have gone according to plan thanks to Shannon's attention to detail. I would thoroughly recommend the Weybridge store. They have been very helpful and answered all my questions. The customer service that I have received has been excellent from Shannon and the team.

I have been walking past the Neptune store in Weybridge for years so when we decided to reconfigure our ground floor and move our kitchen to make way for an open plan kitchen and dining space Neptune was our first choice. We came into the store with a budget in mind, and Nicole was so helpful in designing the kitchen I had dreamed of but never thought we could have within budget.
The process was simple from start to finish, and Nicole could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Everything happened exactly when Nicole said it would, which after a fairly stressful build was such a relief. We are so grateful and delighted with the result. Thank you so much!

Having recently moved to an older house, we wanted some help with the conservatory which is open from the kitchen, forming part of that space and needing to link in but also needing its own identity. We wanted it to work as a dining area and cosy snug.
Natalie our design consultant was amazing. She helped us think through everything from new flooring to flexible dining (for our ever expanding extended family) and helped us get the most out of the snug area.
She listened to our thoughts and ideas and combined with her own, the end result is more than we could have hoped for. She also helped us to be more adventurous than we would have been on our own.
The floor tiles, furniture and colours she suggested have worked together to create a warm and welcoming space which we love to be in. She has worked complete magic and we are so happy that we used Neptune’s Home Design Service.
That in addition to the really good solid, quality of the furniture has been a winning combination.

Chris, Sarah and the team are super helpful, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with.

We came to Neptune for some help on the colour paletter for our new (old) house. In particular, we needed help with the lounge, which had a large original fireplace which was a feature, but not a pretty one. Shannon, one of the Interior Designers was a superstar. She helped us with the colour palette and the layout, creating beautiful mood boards that inspired us. Once we had the vision, it was easy to bring it to life - we got the walls painted, then Shannon & the team arranged for the furniture we had chosen to be delivered and placed in situ.

It was a super service from start to finish - I think paying £350 to have an expert help you choose colours and design the layout of a tricky room - is so worthwhile. You then have confidence to bring it to life. We absolutely LOVE it now and can't thank Shannon & the team enough.

Beautiful piece of furniture, delivered on time by two men who were polite and professional. Very helpful company to deal with, no complaints at all !

Paul from the Weybridge store helped us plan our kitchen from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I knew the look I wanted but he was so helpful in planning the layout and adding all the finishing touches. It was so easy and stress free and the end result is a dream kitchen.

I’ve been so pleased with the quality and design of our kitchen, it’s now my favourite room. Working with Paul was brilliant - I felt he was helpful on budget and his layout suggestions I am very grateful for. Everything makes sense in how we use the space. I couldnt recommend enough.

Lovely staff, great customer service, top quality furniture and kitchens, all delivered and assembled with a huge amount of care and attention to detail. Honestly can't fault them!
