Our experience with the team at Neptune Winchester was very good. Their design of our living room was excellent.
I am hopeful that head office will be equal to the task when they address the fault in one of the arm chairs delivered.

Popped in to see the Christmas decorations but spotted some lovely marble coasters. Had to order stock in. Collected and love them!

Great service and great products. We bought 2 stools for our kitchen and they let us borrow one first to see whether they fitted in our kitchen.

I bought two medium Athena lamp bases and two 28" Oliver warm white shades after seeing one on display in the Winchester store. They are stunning and worth the considered price. They have really useful dimmer options on the switches which I wasn't expecting. I love visiting Neptune Winchester (and Bath) I love how it's like walking into a very stylish home, and being able to see how things look in a room setting. The staff have become like old friends and are always very welcoming and helpful. I ordered the lamps in store and picked them up from the store 2 weeks later as promised. I have bought many things from here and I've never been disappointed with the quality and value for money.

So our delightful Casper armchair has arrived in perfect condition from Winchester today. The order was only placed yesterday afternoon. Thank you so much to both Lee at the Cheltenham store for sourcing the chair (genius work!) and to Jane at Winchester for her quiet professionalism in ensuring that we received it the following day! We really appreciated the photos emailed to us; the chair is in excellent condition and I cannot believe my luck in receiving it. It’s the perfect chair - so comfy and elegant - but not too large.
Thank you again to Lee for the recommended driver and to whoever it was at HQ who linked with Lee at Cheltenham to source the Casper chair.

A great product that has been beautifully designed and expertly installed. Absolutely excellent. The support provided by the entire team has been exceptional.

We needed a new lead for a 'cable free' table lamp we purchased several years' ago that has now been updated and the power leads don't match, but we loved our original one and wanted working! The Winchester Neptune team didn't pressurise us into purchasing the new model, but found us a replacement lead so we can now use our favourite lamp, and all within days.
Maybe contrary to expectations their excellent service did not lose them a sale, but has resulted in a new one too, (and not just lamps)!

I needed to replace a smashed granite table top for a KitStone garden table that I had purchased 17 years ago, and discovered the same table on the Neptune website. On asking I was advised that yes it was the same product and they could provide me with just a replacement top and quickly. Delivery was arranged within 24 hours, not just by email, but a personal telephone call, which is highly unusual today! The table top was delivered as promised within the week, with excellent notification of expected time and date. The delivery team even asked if it just a table top I was expecting to ensure that hadn't missed anything. The delivery team were super helpful and courteous and unwrapped the item and attempted to attach it to the base. However, there was a slight problem in that whilst in the right place, the screw holes on the base weren't big enough for the screws sunk into the table. So whilst they couldn't construct the item fully, they did repack the table, whilst we subsequently easily sorted the enlarging of the holes with a screwdriver, and were able to fix the top onto the table legs very easily. My only feedback is that the retailer needs to perhaps be sure that replacement parts will fit and therefore work with customers to check dimensions. Otherwise a very helpful and efficient experience and as before, an excellent quality product that hopefully will last another 17 years.

Lovely product but overpriced and terrible wait for delivery - over three months for a small stool.

Found the item on display at Winchester, it was confirmed as stocked and delivered within the week. Sits nicely in our (mostly) Neptune lounge…

Having visited a number of Neptune stores and always having had brilliant service, I was disappointed during my recent visit to the Winchester store with my mum. We were the only customers in the shop and not one member of staff acknowledged our presence, even after we said hello to the three staff members behind the desk. Sadly not the helpful and welcoming experience that we have previously received at other stores.

Ordered a chest of drawers at the showroom.
Staff were very helpful and efficient.
Kept informed of delivery.
The delivery men were very good. Furniture was put in place and all the packaging taken away.
First class service from purchase to delivery.
Excellent quality furniture.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
