Gina and Nestpick are amazing! Gina on behalf of Nestpick helped me find an amazing home in Chicago for the summer and I am so grateful for the opportunity to live in such a beautiful unit. Everything about the process was swift and the home itself is very beautiful and clean. My Chicago unit has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan.

Gina at Nestpick made getting our summer student housing easy and hassle free! Our room is as advertised and the building itself is in good condition and there is always someone at the front door so we feel secure. Definitely recommend for student summer housing!

Nestpick is so fortunate to have Gina (NY) representing them. She was supportive and always returned my calls. Even though our property did not work out, Gina still worked with us straight through the refund process. She is a great asset.

Everything is great, but not perfect. The pictures give a decent job of showing the place off, but some things get misconstrued. I can barely fit in my shower for example. Also, There are no cabinets just for storage, so any extended stays will be difficult if you need dry storage. They do provide nice cookware though, so that's a plus. My only actual complaint is that the TV is not wired into the internet, and the wifi connection is very shoddy (for only the TV.) Somedays I can not use the TV at all because it disconnects from the wifi every 30 seconds, even though my phone stays connected the whole time. If they could fix my TV, it would probably be a 5 star rating.

The room has been great so far! Exactly as advertised and very roomy. I have really been enjoying my stay! The neighborhood is very homey and secure. Comes with a small shared kitchen space that’s perfect for college students.

I recently booked a 3 month stay in a furnished unit with Nestpick. I had a little bit of confusion with my booking in terms of rules for the unit and the reservation process. My Nestpick representative, Gina, reached out to me personally and managed my situation, which alleviated much of the stress. Gina resolved the issue in a timely manner and reached out to me to updated the resolution, what steps I needed to take to follow through and what to expect going forward. The only place for improvement would be the communication between Nestpick and the place I was staying. After approval for the reservation, there was a missing link in the communication for the booking from the third party and I found out my reservation was canceled the day I was supposed to be moving in. I was able to get that resolved, but I’m not sure if there was a technical error or if something was missed. The unit itself is very safe and accommodating. Nonetheless, I would definitely book another stay via Nestpick and recommend the platform to friends and family.

I was frustrated when I started to search for my temporary apartment in Berlin mainly because of the fact that there were dozens of scams around and little to zero assistance from the listing websites. With the current migration crisis, it was even more challenging. Though, thanks to Nestpick and particularly with the aid of Gina Graziani, I was able to able to find my flat in a decent neighbourhood within 3 weeks and had the smoothest moving. I would highly recommend using Nestpick to anyone looking for their next nests.

The. Booking went smoothly. After I moved in Gina from nestpick checked up in me and asked me for my opinion. After I mentioned that some things were not accordingly to what was mentioned, they took action and everything was resolved. So the costumer service was great.

I had an overall positive experience. The website shows clearly the main features of the accommodations, and in my experience, the renter has quickly replied to my messages. Most of the announcements are for medium to long stays, so keep that in mind when you use the platform.
