Booked my apartment in Munich through Nestpick and had some troubles with my landlord. Nestpick supported me all the way, they answered my emails quickly, gave valuable advice and helped me solve the issues. Their customer service is excellent and I would never hesitate to book through Nestpick again. Keep up the great work!

Awesome platform, helped me find a flat when I was moving over to Berlin! Much cheaper then paying agencies 2 times the month's rent for their "services"...

I use Internet platforms a lot to save time and I am very happy to see that there's now a service for long-term renting of apartments. I don't like viewings or the bureaucracy that goes with it. I just want it done. Now I was finally able to just book a place, get a confirmation and move in. Very practical and time-saving

Made a booking request and it got declined. Paid by credit card. Money should have arrived within a day, but it took 3. In the end it was all good, found an even better room in Rotterdam, so I’m happy.

I am going to study in Rotterdam from January. At first, I was worried whether or not I could find a place. I'm from the US, so it's very hard for me to go all the way to Rotterdam to do viewings. nestpick helped me to find my place in Berlin. I was so lost and desperate last January. It's very difficult to find the right room for you, specially here in Berlin, but fortunately a friend of mine suggested me to have a look at nestpick. So, I checked the website, chose the room that fitted for me and booked online. All the process took me few minutes and what I got was exactly what I saw in the website! So, I truly recommend it!

I recently moved to Berlin, as I had been offered a job in a role that was starting immediately which was awesome. What was not so awesome was the trial I had to go through to try and find a flat that wasn't either extortionately priced, or something that seemed a bit untrustworthy. I found nestpick after some searching and everything went swimmingly, I am now happily settled in a nice place in Wedding, that is affordable. The team was helpful (Diehdrik, I think thats how it is spelt, was the guy I talked to). Also Berlin is an amazing city, truly, couldn't be happier.

I had to move to Berlin due to my new job and was looking for a furnished apartment. I had some trouble to find one. Luckily I found one through nestpick. I've booked it online and the day of my arrival I've met the landlord for the key hand over. The apartment looked the same as on the pictures. Every thing worked out perfectly.

nestpick is really really really good stuff. got my room within a day! saw a nice room in neukoelln, paid for the booking request, and two hours later I received an email that the landlord accepted! Met him 5 hours later for signing the contract and handing over the keys. amazing, this stuff is next level service

I am so done with spending months searching for somewhere to live in a new city, as a linguist this really does not interest me. I got accepted quickly and was able to move there right away. The operators explained the process to me and assured me I would be guaranteed under 'Nest Assured' plus I don't really trust landlords so I was glad they had my deposit safe before I decided to I liked the flat. Winner!

I would never usually have rented without visiting but this time I knew I was only staying for a few months in Vienna to complete an erasmus semester. That's why I just used the photos available (done by a professional, which is good) and imaged living there, requested to book and then bam all done. Stress was over and I moved in precisely when I wanted to.
