Net a Porter has a highly curated collection of new and emerging designers, and I always find things that work for me there. Customer service is very good if a return or exchange is needed. They ship orders quickly so no long wait times. I've been ordering from them for several years and highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I bought $600 pair of sandals that did not fit when arrived. I immediately returned them in a perfect condition and in an origin packaging. Net-a-Porte rejected without valid cause. The merchant has refused to honor their return policy.
