i received my parcel from Vêtements Netenders Canada Inc. today... and it is absolutely baffling to me, to run a business like Wordans, in 3 continents, in 2025, with a website that looks, runs, and performs like it was built in 1995 with an inventory management system to go with it. couple that with dishonest shipping policies and you end up with this review.

your entire business is housing and moving inventory and apparently the amount of inventory that you say that you have in your warehouses, and take orders and money for, is just a suggestion.

they will not inform you if something is out of stock.
they will LIE, sending you an email saying that they shipped you everything, even when they didn't.
so it's like a fun surprise when you receive your order! they're also not going to update your payment!
so who knows if i'm going to get my money back for my missing items.

who runs a business like this?!
why should anyone EVER buy anything from you?!
if you're unhappy, you can send it back. great. thanks for wasting everyone's time and money.
what happened to actually putting in effort to make sure these things don't happen in the first place? it's an attitude of zero effort and accountability that is just so incredibly disappointing and frankly, dishonest.

so, please, update your website, update your inventory system, and please stop being so scummy.

Definitely a scam site.
Order placed on 2nd of January. Nothing moves for over a week. Asked for refund on 10th of January.
Refund promised on 15th of January within 14 days. Nothing happened. Asked again on 6th of February. Nothing happened till today (12th February).
DO NOT order here! You will never see delivery or money again!

Its scam! we have placed the order 1,5 month before event. They havent deliver whole the order, what they delivered was without logo (they put on the top of the box with logo just few and the rest without it) . We paid for the the order whole price and everything with logo.

Over 6 months and 3 managers. I wasted more time than what it is worth.

They don't reply nor keep promises.

After so many months they gave partial refund and make it sound like they have done me a favor.
I emailed the manager multiple time but no benefit. I will put this on social media and take it up with financial ombudsman.
