This item was supplied very carefully packaged fully assembled. Very satisfied by prompt delivery and competitive price. Only item I have purchased from netfurniture but will certainly consider them again.

We bought a glass table and a bunk bed from Netfurniture and the whole process was amazing. A friendly advisor on the phone helped us decide what we needed, we got the items really quickly and they fit right into our home so we're really happy! Would recommend to anyone! The price was also very competitive!

Ordered a poser table for the kitchen. It arrived and was too tall. Totally my fault as measured wrong! But net furniture where happy to find me the right one and get that shipped out for me. Very pleased and saved me from the wrath of the wife! Thanks very much !

The order was delivered promptly but part of it was missing. I emailed the company and the problem was solved and the missing part cam ethe next day.
I am very pleased with the finished result.

I purchased a base and table top. I was given a date for delivery (2 days later) they came via different couriers and both where delivered before 9am. Great...no need to stay in all day. The table looks great in my small apartment. I would definitely purchase from near furniture again

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Exceptionally helpful even contacting suppliers to check sizes for me. Replacement table leg arranged immediately when faulty one supplied. .I Would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this company.

The table is just for our needs. It was just a shame that delivery was so slow. Zed at Net Furniture did try very hard to rectify this and he communicated very well with me (which was very reassuring) and thank him for that.

4* given as opposed to 5* because of the inconvenience of the courier. The delivery person only delivered 1 of 2 boxes. Had to wait for several more days for the base to be delivered to assemble the table. Frustrating, but the retailer (netfurniture) is by no means to blame.

Customer service in coordinating the re-delivery was excellent, prompt and friendly.

The quality of the product is very good, as was the condition it was delivered in (bearing in mind half of the delivery was a large glass table top - packaged well).

I would definitely recommend to family/friends.

Very happy with my poser table. It arrived well packed and easily assembled. If I had one slight concern it was the length of time between placing my order and hearing from the seller. Netfurniture meet half of the postal carriage to Northern Ireland. Overall I would use netfurniture and would recommend them to family and friends

Helpful service, nice friendly people. Had a problem with one item, they sorted it out for me, without any problems or hassle. Could do with a bit more communication regarding delivery times, apart from that I was happy with my purchase.

The order went smoothly and the delivery was very prompt. The table I bought is great, too.

Prior to ordering I used the instant chat and was impressed at how quickly the responses were giving me the confidence to order from netfurniture. Zed kept me informed of the progress of my order and was delivered on the day he said by a very nice man.

I ordered a unit from NetFurniture which came but was damaged, it took over 5 months and many, many emails before the issue was resolved.

I was in contact with Zed whose customer service skills were exemplary. He was trying to contact the suppliers daily and did not let up until a satisfactory resolution was received.

Zed compensated me with another product from a different supplier which was delivered when promised and in good condition.

Overall, i would use NetFurniture again, I can confidently say that although there was an issue (and these things do happen) i was impressed with the way Zed dealt with and resolved it.

Lovely chair and stool. Prompt delivery but I was told delivery would be Thursday and it came first thing Friday morning. But apart from that no other problems arose

Was hoping for delivery in 2 days as stated on the website. Communication slow & had to chase for a delivery date

Zed at netfurniture was very good in helping me pick some suitable stools for my new kitchen.
