professional service, great value for money

a professional service delivering exactly what they promise, with no hidden tricks or issues.
while the UI might be a bit cleaner, it's reasonably functional and becomes comfortable in a short while. and the support does a great job in ensuring you know how to deal with whatever questions or issues, so nothing would harm your experience in a slightest degree.

The checkout experience was frustrating.

The checkout experience was frustrating. Even though the site uses Stripe (incl. Stripe Link), I wasn’t able to complete the order. I eventually had to switch to PayPal, which I typically avoid using unless there’s no other option.

First, thank you for the feedback, even though we are not Stripe and we are not responsible for any issues they may encounter.

In your case, we would have needed more details (such as your IP, browser, etc.) to find out from Stripe support why you encountered a problem that made it impossible to pay for your order.

I do not know exactly what happened, but we get a lot of payments from customers via Stripe, so everything seems to be working fine on our end.

It is possible that it is a one-off issue on Stripe's side, as we are connected directly to their systems via API, but unfortunately I have no way of getting the information.

The next time you have this kind of error, contact our support department so that we can contact Stripe and give them as much information as possible so that they can find the reason for the issue.
