Do no exaggerate if I say this.
Might seem exaggerated, but honestly, the support team at NetIm have patience, knowledge, and the necessary skills to assist its clients, find resolutions to the problems, and most of all be patient with customers who rarely read the instructions (like me).

Domain Suddenly Expired
I purchased a .ly domain through netim.com in 2023, and it was automatically renewed in 2024. However, this year (2025), the domain simply suddenly expired on May 6th and was not automatically renewed—without any notification whatsoever!
As a result, my business has been offline for three days. I immediately paid for the service and manually renewed the domain, but I still haven’t received any response from Netim support. It’s absolutely unacceptable that a domain is just deleted and becomes inactive, even though everything was set to auto renewal and there was zero communication.
For me, this is a total disaster. Especially as a business customer, you rely on automatic renewals and reliable service—here, I was completely let down.
At least give us 14 days to react when something expires like with other domain / hosting providers.
UPDATE: It' has been fixed by Netim within a few hours personally. Thanks. I received 1x email notification before it was suddenly expired. Auto-Renewal is now activated.

Unfortunately, this was a manual extension and your renewal was carried out on a public holiday in France.

My second great interaction with a trustworthy EU registrar
This is my second year with Netim, after migrating away from Gandi, and so far I don't have any complaints! They didn't hike-up the prices in the second year (as Gandi did, which pushed me away from them), they didn't spam me, and they "just work".
One minor issue I encountered was with the domain renewal workflow: I have two domains, and I wanted to renew them at the same time, so I can get them on the same invoice; the way to achieve this is very unintuitive (select both domains, execute batch action, etc.), and in the process I mistakenly created three different orders. But in the end I've managed it.
Because this was my first renewal with Netim, I struggled a bit this time, but I hope I'll remember the actions I need to take next year. (Or, hopefully they'll create a more intuitive workflow.) :)
All-in-all, good job Netim! See you at next year domain renewal!
