We are very happy with our 3CX phone system installed by Netmatters at the start of August.
Joe was fantastic from our initial discussions, demonstrations, all the way through to the implementation and go-live processes.
The migration from our on-premise phone system to 3CX was seamless, along with migrating SIP providers and installing a new leased line.
Would highly recommend the team and Netmatters and their knowledge on the 3CX product. We are now in a position, for all staff to work remotely, efficiently and without any disruption to our customer support services. Thanks again guys!

The digital marketing, web design and IT support teams are all very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They are very detailed and specific about the projects you work with them on and will always be honest about whether or not it is something that they can assist you with.

I sat waiting till 10am, had rang 3 times and then gave up, and went home.
The task still needs doing, but as I work remotely and had to make a special journey, I can ill afford to sit wasting time waiting hours for their help, I was promised I would get in 1 hour.
Finally was contacted at 16:56 via email, even though I had given, landline and mobile numbers.
This has now been satisfactorily dealt with by Netmatters.

Netmatters installed a new 3CX phone system for us in March 2020 just before Lockdown. The flexibility of the new system has meant that all staff whether at home or in the office have been able to use the system as if they were in the office, meaning it has been straightforward to maintain all lines of communication with our clients throughout the last 4 months. Features such as group calls have also worked well to ensure all staff can to talk to each other on a daily conference call to keep the 'Team Ethos' in place throughout lockdown. Highly recommended.
