2 weeks for a delivery to arrive, supposed to be home delivery and instead, I had to pick up the parcel. Disrespectful and unprofessional customer service that assigns the poop emoji to costumers' e-mail address.

Products missing, awful customer service
Half of the products were missing, others were dirty (something has been broken). Customer service didn't care at all. And shipping company Shippii didn't mind. Avoid!
