Awful service
Awful service. Paid next day delivery and didn't arrive. Contacted team and assured me it would arrive the following day. Still not arrived and customer serves now closed for bank holiday. Complete let down

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. Delivery was supposed to be by Evri, didn't arrive and was sent back to company. Impossible to get assistance from customer services. I tried ringing, emails, contact form, Facebook and Instagram. Horrendous, and not for the faint hearted. I'd avoid at all costs

Awful customer service and delivery experience...
I ordered a lot of new equipment for the kids grass roots football club I volunteer at. We were awarded some funding and I wanted to upgrade all of our old broken equipment and make training fun for the kids.
Sadly, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Lots of the items came at different times, through different courier, with no clear communications. One thing went missing for over a month.
On 29 June, I placed my order. Everything I ordered was in stock and it said delivery was estimated as 2 to 4 days.
On 7 July, I had to chase Net World Sports as over half of my order was still missing.
On 13 July, someone finally replied, saying that everything was recorded as delivered. I replied saying that one item was still missing. I then had to go back and forth with them about this item, until it was finally resent as a 'gesture of goodwill'.
On 17 August, the last item was finally delivered - 7 weeks after being paid for!
I had to send over 7 emails during that time, chasing my order and wait days for a response - each time from a different person. The order was delivered in about 10 different shipments, from different couriers. This was an absolute nightmare to keep track of and make sure I was at home for each delivery.
This isn't the first time I've had delivery problems with a Net World Sports order. It's a real shame, as they sell so much equipment and Forza stuff is generally quite good. However, I would avoid ordering with. Especially big orders. Their customer service has been awful.

Don’t buy from networld sports
They use Evri to not deliver the items on time. I paid for next day delivery, but took over 2 week to finally get most of my delivery, Evri admitted to the poor service but networld sports kept making it hard for me to chase all the time so I gave up in the end, so paid for stuff that I never got.

Really happy with my order from Net World Sports. The items are great quality and really good value for money. I’m very pleased with everything I bought.
I actually forgot to apply a discount when I placed my order, but this was sorted so easily thanks to Lisa in customer service. She was absolutely lovely, really friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of her way to help. She sorted everything out for me instantly, which I really appreciated.
I’ll definitely be ordering from Net World Sports again! 😊

First Class service from a First Class Company.
Net World Sports is a great company to deal with for my Grandson’s footballing needs.
Their Customer Service is first class as is their delivery schedule.
I needed more clips for my recent purchase of goal nets and Ellie promptly ensured that I received them within a couple of days.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for a great range of products.
