Don’t buy from networld sports
They use Evri to not deliver the items on time. I paid for next day delivery, but took over 2 week to finally get most of my delivery, Evri admitted to the poor service but networld sports kept making it hard for me to chase all the time so I gave up in the end, so paid for stuff that I never got.

Really happy with my order from Net World Sports. The items are great quality and really good value for money. I’m very pleased with everything I bought.
I actually forgot to apply a discount when I placed my order, but this was sorted so easily thanks to Lisa in customer service. She was absolutely lovely, really friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of her way to help. She sorted everything out for me instantly, which I really appreciated.

Net World Sports is a great company to deal with for my Grandson’s footballing needs.
Their Customer Service is first class as is their delivery schedule.
I needed more clips for my recent purchase of goal nets and Ellie promptly ensured that I received them within a couple of days.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for a great range of products.

Paid for an order, I selected next day delivery. I never received a confirmation email. Every emailed to say it was being collected within 48 hours.... 2 days later.
Called up and they are aware of a glitch with Apple Pay, that changes the date.
Then tell me its going to be next week for delivery.
Pretty poor service.

I bought a parasol base but when it…
I bought a parasol base but when it arrived there was no bolts to assemble it. I rang to inform you of this and was told they would be posted next day. I rang you 5 times and then was told that you do not supply the bolt to attach the pole holder, only the screw to stop the pole from turning and that it would be posted next day, that was over two weeks ago.Still has not arrived. As I purchased the base on 23rd June, do you not think this is appalling service by yourselves. I have had to buy bolts myself so I could use the parasol while the weather is good.I have advised my friends and family not to deal with your firm at all cost because of the poor service I received.

Great service and product
Great service, next day delivery, kept up to date on the parcels movements and notified when it was delivered. Product is great ! Seems very good quality and value for money, being height adjustable is perfect too will see him as he grows . bought for my sons 10th birthday, he is absolutely delighted with it. Dispatch/delivery is a joke for the cost of it
It appears that either dispatch was slow or the courier is poor. Tracking still showing courier is waiting for parcel. Ordered on a Monday morning with selected delivery expected Friday. Friday arrives with still no tracking info, extremely poor considering the total delivery cost was £27.45
