Ordered a dress that was $155. It was terrible quality and pattern of the fabric was completely different than what was pictured. They charge $14 for return shipping. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Dress is stunning and I love it 💖 downside is the packaging for delivery, as it comes in a bag, it was totally creased/crumpled so completely unwearable until steamed, I ended up taking it to get professionally steamed due to the fabric and cut of the dress.

Outrageous returns policy
I kept one item (pencil denim skirt), which I love. I decided to return a cardigan. I use NFD quite often. I don’t remember being so disgruntled with their returns process. A credit note would have been at full price. The return was not free, but the monetary refund which I opted for was discounted yet further. Outrageous! I will definitely think very carefully before ordering from NFD again! I most likely will not shop online with them again. Such a shame.
