I purchased an item from Nevisport unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for me, it was an expensive item and I contacted them to explain my circumstances, all I can say is that they were absolutely excellent, they immediately gave me return postage label and I return the item which was refunded without question, I would highly rate this company and will certainly use them in future, i’ve experienced difficulty in returning items to some very major stores, but these are 2nd to none in the quality of service and professionalism. Excellent company.

UPDATE: resolution was not ‘swift’, as per the reply to my review. My emails have been completely ignored so I have raised a dispute with my bank.
I ordered 3 items for my partner’s birthday 30/05/2026 - 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I received the first item a few days later but have still not received the other items. I have had one communication from customer service in that time saying DHL delivered them but I have not received the items. They either need to be resent or a refund provided by tomorrow (13/06/2026) before I escalate this to trading standards and my bank. I see I am not the only one having these problems with Nevisport/DHL and if I’d have seen the reviews, I wouldn’t have ordered this present from them.

Great products at really good prices. Ordering was very easy and after a minor delay 1st coat arrived ok but 2nd coat didn’t arrive and looked to be lost in the delivery system. Almost 2 weeks later it arrived.

Purchase and delivery experience was fine, but the product was faulty (manufacturing defect). Contacted Customer services, but still waiting on a response (day 3). Unsure how this will conclude, but currently not well.

I ordered 2 pairs of Saxx briefs,1 was out of stock and I was reimbursed for the 2nd.
I returned the email asking for a second pair in alternative colour.
No reply to email, when I called customer services I was told it was a store and I needed to phone the number I was given.
Once again it was the wrong number and was given another number.This time I was told that I would have to email to get refund for postage .
I gave up and ordered another pair including postage.
As postage was a large part of the total cost this was very annoying.

Ordered a new rucksack on the 23/5 @16:30 (a Sunday) and it was delivered on the 27/5 @ 14:30 by dhl, a great delivery service. The order process was smooth and easy and it was at a good price, somewhat less that other companies.

Delivery time was dreadful .
Contacted the carrier, told to contact seller . Did this and was told they'd contact the carrier by email so there might not be a reply from the carrier for 48hours . After that, they'd get back in touch . Also, not just Sat, Sun are counted as weekend days that don't count but Friday too .
