Teva Tirra Sandals at a Great Price!
Nevisport were offering a pair of Teva Tirra sandals (I already have two pairs of these in different colours) at such a great price that I was a bit skeptical and thought they might turn out to be unavailable. I misspelt my email address when…
I misspelt my email address when placing an order, so didn’t receive confirmation but noticed a pending payment to Nevisport on my bank statement. Thinking that the order had not been placed, I ordered again. The email address was correct this time. A very helpful agent explained what had happened. She contacted the warehouse to cancel one of the duplicated orders and arranged a full refund.
