Good price and service just no refund yet.
It’s a shame as I wanted to write a review to encourage people to buy from smaller companies like this instead of Blacks / Rab / JD etc.
I sent my 14 year olds coat back on 11th May and I still have not had a refund.
It was a good price and I was sceptical that it wouldn’t arrive.
I cannot buy another until I’ve had that money.
I emailed Customer Service on 19th May to see if they had recieved it.
They did reply which is always a bonus. In fact they replied the same day. I was told I would receive a refund within 10 working days.

Item sold as new, but in poor condition
Paid over £170 for new boots. Item arrived in a battered box, and boots look as if they are ex-display, covered in scratches and creased as if they have been tried on multiple times. Also had issues with delivery as others here seem to have. First time customer, won't be using again.

Goretex trainers not waterproof
Hi
I ordered a pair of Altra Timp 5 goretex trainers - order number 2000424236 .
I wore them for the first time in Scotland in heavy rain on a 20 min walk. Unfortunately, my feet were soaking wet on my return and the shoes have not kept my feet dry at all.
Please can I get a refund?

Quick delivery poor aftersales
2 purchases different sizes very quick delivery, however. 1 sent back for refund. Don't hold your breathe for this now 13 days since product sent back and 9 days since they received this. Was advised it takes 10 days for refund however have also been advised that they are not showing product as being received oh and they only count working days not weekend what a lot of rubbish I can walk into my local nevisport on a Saturday no problem. Will not be ordering from them again poor aftersales and would definetly not use asda to you even though company supply returns form half their returns must disappear. Now opened on PayPal disputes

I tried to buy local to support a Scottish shop. Unfortunately DHL lost the package and delivered it late. I'd gone on my trip by this point so the gear was not needed. I had to go elsewhere to find the equipment in time.
