Top bike mechanics.

I’ve been in to Newark Cycles a few times now since my old lbc closed and every time they are spot on with their brilliant expertise, they’re friendly, helpful and informative showing you all the old parts too on collection and reasonable pricing for the job they do. I recommend them 100%, they are now my go to place.
Thanks.

Great Cycle shop.

Popped in to see if they could help me loosen a very tight front hub on a Mavic wheel. The member of staff was courteous, approachable and happy to help. He managed to loosen it and didnt charge me for the trouble although had it been a more tricky repair needed I would have insisted I paid for booked it in for a proper hub service, which I might still do. I was in need of another item, a seat clamp, so I bought it from there as it was the least I could do.
If I find new bearings are needed I will certainly buy from here as the gentleman was knowledgeable and he offered to order the part in should I need it. Ive not always had such good customer service from other cycle shops in Notts, especially since I hadn't originally bought the wheel from here, so I'd highly recommend Newark Cycles for sales or repairs.

Friendly and knowledgeable team - would recommend!!

We bought a ladies' Raleigh bike from Newark Cycles - limited choice given high demand during the Coronavirus, but they accommodated us very well with a suitable bike. The price was right, and we added on a few bits of kit as there was a good range of accessories. Friendly service from a small team of knowledgeable guys, and it's nice to support an independent, local business. I've had my own bike serviced here too, and they did a great job. Well done!
