Regular email updates from the time of order, through dispatch to delivery were reassuring (I'm cautious of online shopping!! )The carefully packaged frame arrived safely within a couple of days via An Post. The process from ordering to delivery was straightforward, clear and efficient. The recipient (not me) was delighted with her gift. It would be brilliant if it were possible for me to include a note telling her who sent the gift, and send my good wishes.

Beautiful products at a really good price during sale. My only concern is that the parcel took a week and a half to be delivered and I had to contact Newbridge to inquire about order and then it arrived promptly.
