My supplier of choice, if I want anything to do with drums, I come to you.
I have had a long standing relationship with Newcastle drum centre. I purchased my custom Tama Starclassic Maple from them and even after moving to London i still buy everything from them.
The customer service I have received has always been outstanding, the prices always competitive and like that I have always received an honest review of the things that I will/may buy.
Also love it when they throw in a sweetner, a free pair of sticks with a big purchase goes a long way ;)
If anyone asks me where they should buy from, I always recommend them.

Best by far!
NDC has friendly staff with great in store advice on equipment and drumming in general. Information and explanations on different pieces of gear is top notch and helped me make the right decision on which item suited me best on numerous occasions. Only comment would be when ordering offline the item took a while to get to me. I know it had to be ordered into the store before it could be dispatched but if it could be just a bit quicker then it would be the full 5 stars!

Good at the start but failed to live up to expectations.
The centre was recommended to me. I searched the web site for the bells I wanted. But I was not able to enter a different delivery address from my home address. I rang and was told the item on the website was not available. I eventually ordered an alternative. When I returned from 2 weeks holiday it had still not been delivered. I rang and the staff did not know from their system if it had been sent. They had certainly not been checking progress of the order. As it was required as a birthday present I had no choice but to order yet another type. It arrived the next day
