I found the website easy to use and they had what i wanted. Ordering was easy and the product arrived within days.

Tried registering for an account and it accepted my details but wouldn't send a confirmation code. Tried lots of times, but no luck. Sent various messages through 'contact us' but didnt get a reply. Had been offered a 10% discount code but website wouldn't accept that. Did get my order in the end but delivery took a long time, 7 days. Hopefully they will sort out the hiccups as item I wanted was an excellent price. will be ordering again in the future

I decided to try these shisha sticks as an attempt to curb chocolate cravings. They don't make any claims that they are appetite suppressants, this is my OWN reason for trying them.
I'm hoping that puffing on a flavoured shisha stick may prevent me from picking up a block of chocolate, and the scent of grape or chocolate might deter me.

NHC offers excellent products and pricing.

However, communications are lacking. No acknowledgement of order. No confirmation. Cannot seem to create an account and have it verified; thus, have two accounts that i cannot use because they aren't verified (never received the email).

normally, orders go through with no issue. yet I placed an order on Jan 2 (PP proof of purch below) and have heard nothing from the vendor. And the paypal transaction appears as still pending. Since my emails have gotten absolutely no response from customer service, i created a second order on the 8th, which pp also shows as still pending.
