I placed an order on the 21st and received a confirmation number but have never been able to view that record. I have emailed customer support three times now about the issue and, ironically, the only reply I have gotten is this request to complete a survey.

So far, I am not impressed.

Your delivery to Belgium was very quick at a reasonable rate.
Some other "online services" are not as well organized I suppose.

I paid extra for next day delivery and ordered in the morning and the item was apparently dispatched the same day. There was no reason if shouldn't have been next day delivery. I emailed my complaint which has been ignored. The item was also hugely overpriced because this company is taking advantage of a medicine that is currently not being produced due to licensing issues.

Would use this company again as the speed and prompt delivery was impressive.

The delivery was fast but some of the items I ordered were broken.
I had ordered 9 packs of Luli's e-cigarettes and 3 of the "vanilla" flavored packs did not work at all. This is not acceptable.
