Shocking. I ordered a pram hand muff from this company, was expected to deliver a week later....2 months after its still not here. I emailed as it said was going to be late now they are saying it 'Kay's be lost! Not ordering from then again.

I wouldn't mind it was only £3 but paying for something and not receiving them is Out of order. Got me more mad they didn't say anything to me or email saying it will b e late

Purchased 15 measuring tapes (for body circumference). The inch units all measured 1.3 inches. When I approached them about this they offered a partial refund of the price and refused a full refund. I was astounded.

Shocking and diigusted, I ordered 14 pairs of morrocas at 69 p each which weighed next to nothing and pp was £.15.99!!!! What a Rip off,. Hang your head in shame Newin Home

False advertising. They had an item advertised for £1.44 with free delivery, I ordered 2 of the items when looked at my email confirmation they had charged me £6.99 postage!!!!!! After sending an email to them they said to return the items and fill refund would be given but I wok kd have to pay for the return postage. 😡😡😡

Provided "suction" hooks that did not stick to anything. Useless lumps of plastic.

Still waiting for the item to be delivered I ordered 5 weeks ago

I ordered an item for 85p but paid £17 to get it by a certain date, it was 7 days late. When I queried the delay I was offered £5, they stated it wasn't their fault it got stuck in the postal system. This is very poor Customer Service, it wasn't my fault the package was delayed and for £17 it should have been on a secure guaranteed delivery. Won't make the mistake of trusting this company again!
