We’ve just returned from a fantastic week in Devon. This is my 4th time booking Devon Cliffs with Newmans.

Sue, always goes above and beyond with anything I ask with our bookings. Our Caravan was perfect with a stunning view over the cliffs and along the front (Karo Place 99) I can’t thank Newmans enough for another fantastic holiday. I will definitely be booking a 5th holiday with them.

Very pleased with the caravan. It was clean and tidy. No problems , the only small complaint was that my son who is 17 said that the bed next to his smelt strong of wee and although it was clean it perhaps needed something stronger to get rid of the smell. We kept window open slightly. The garden was great for the dogs and it was great to feel that they were safe to roam around the garden. I would definitely use Newman's again and even use the same caravan.

This must be our 8th or 9th time booking with Newmans, maybe more. Always great, easy, helpful. When we’ve needed maintenance in any of our stays which has only been twice, they’ve been out prompt and rectified. We’ve stayed in a range of different vans, they are all lovely, always true to pics and we feel secure with them. Currently staying in KW19 which is absolutely stunning, everything as advertised, clean and we know the support is there if needed. Check in is super easy with key code. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Thankyou Newmans for the many memories we have at Devon Cliffs!

Made a mistake in booking, booked caravan on wrong site, very understanding customer service, told I wouldn’t lose my deposit as they will keep money until I book again. Told to ring them in future as not very good with online booking

Brilliant communication for a business. We had speed bumps along the way but Newmans were there through it all and always happy to help.
I will always now consider Newmans first when going to haven.

Stayed in one of newsman’s vans on unity, when we first pulled up we were very disappointed, outside area grass was not cut and table unable to use as it was falling apart, the caravan was not cleaned properly toilet brushes had poo on them had to buy bleach and wash them, dirty skirting boards, blood stain on duvet, settee covered up with a throw when I took it of it was really filthy I couldn’t believe it, rusty door hinges, knobs on cooker melted, when complained I was told couldn’t have another van because the person who owns the van as already been paid, plus I was told you picked the van, yes I did and it looked nice and clean plus app picture showed two stalls with dining table which were not there, the camp itself was lovely plenty for the children, I booked 14 days in June I would’ve come home straight away but we drove two hundred miles to stay there , so we ended up coming home three days before we should’ve, I would never used new man’s again because you don’t no what your going to walk into, there photos of vans are not true very false, for the money I paid it just wasn’t worth it, I did email newmans and I feel that I was thobed off, they got my money tough that’s how I feel very disappointed.

Lovely camp clean & tidy, van was lovely too, but think if we come again I would book a disable van. There was not much room in the main bedroom. But would like to be up the top of your park because the view was absolutely gorgeous. THANKYOU again would definitely recommend you.

Having visited sandy Bay 3 times and always booked through Newman's as their communication is first class and the standard of caravans is also very good and are always spotlessly clean. The views from the caravan SV20 which we had this last time were absolutely beautiful and the caravan was top notch too.we will definitely continue to book through Newman's in future.

Great faultless break. From start to finish, booking with Newmans for a four night break at Haven Devon Cliffs. Privately owned caravan, you chose which one and where, being an alarmingly huge site the choice of caravan was a big plus. All communication with Newmans went really smoothly. Phone answered quickly every time. Pleasant staff and you get the assurance that they know what they are doing and it’s expertly done. The caravans we had (3) were all as stated and pictures were true. They were all clean and comfortable and we had no problems with the accommodation at all. All had beautiful sea views and close to amenities. We had a really good stay and would recommend booking through Newmans for an easy smooth booking. All paperwork and instructions were clear and concise and easy to understand and on time. A very helpful company, will be using them again.

Easy booking and very quick to respond and updates constant towards and during my booking caravan spotless

Excellent service, and operators quick to answer queries. One star taken off as our original caravan got cancelled in January, after we'd booked it the previous August. The alternatives they offered were at a much higher cost, but very luxurious.

Wonderful family break at Unity Brean Sands , clean accommodation and spacious. Cilla at the main office was friendly and welcoming when we spoke with her about returning keys. We had a slight issue, but Cilla sent John to fix same day within hours. Nothing big but fixed as if it was. We will be visiting again as the site and team made it home from home. Thank you :)

Had a great holiday with Newmans holiday homes in Unity Brean Sands. The caravan was beautiful and spacious. Had free passes to go to numerous places on site. They were happy to help with anything I needed at any time. Will always book with with them now.

Not normally a person who leaves reviews but me and my family had a great stay with newmans we stay for a long weekend caravan was great and had WiFi which was brilliant as phone signal on the campsite was not the best plenty to do on the campsite and just outside country life is well worth a vist

Recently returned from our holiday at Devon cliffs holiday park booked through Newmans and as always the service provided was excellent, caravan was excellent and Newmans made sure the stay went smoothly from start to finish, I always use Newmans and have done for many years, thankyou to all the team for making our holiday very enjoyable.

We booked our break with Newmans holiday homes. From checking in to leaving, everything was made super easy. .The caravan was lovely and clean and well equipped for our needs to enjoy our break at Devon cliffs . Will definitely be using Newmans holiday homes again and have recommended to friends
