The new urban hats website was found my browsing the web. The website is very informative and user friendly. The free delivery and free returns is great, as hat sizes can vary. I purchased a kangol 507 flat cap at a very competitive price. It arrived carefully packaged and I am 100% happy with the service.

I bought a hat for my son from New Urban an online company.
What fantastic customer service they provide.
I ordered it on a Wednesday and emailed them the following Monday because I was concerned it wouldn't come in time for Christmas, I'm not joking within a few minutes of me pressing send they had replied to say it had been sent.
It arrived the next day packed beautifully.

Very pleased with the quality of the product and the service, however I returned it due to I preferred another model ( 507) .

GREAT SERVICE AS ALWAYS

This is the first time I have ordered from NewUrban. The hat is exactly what I hoped for - although a bit pricey, I am happy with the product. The service was quick and efficient and I would order from this company again hence the rating of 5 stars.

Was a great days business, found a nice hat; ordered it, paid for it, and had it in next to no time.

Totally impressed with the service I recevied from NewUrban Hats. A question I had regarding the availability of a particularly rare Kangol cap was answered in an extremely short amount of time. (I'm in the US. I wasn't expecting an answer an hour later!). I ordered the cap, it was instantly shipped out, and I received it this morning. The packaging was such that you could imeddiately tell these people care about what they do. I haven't seen that kind of pride taken in wrapping and packaging a clothing item in years! Anyway, I'm a new customer and will recommend them to everyone I know!!!! Thanks, NewUrban!!!!

I've got a beautiful hat from NewUrban. Not only that, but they were very helpful and supportive. I got a call when I had a bit of trouble with their website. Then, when I got my hat it was slightly too small and there was absolutely no problem in getting it replaced with the correct size. All-round, I reckon I have a great hat and definitely a hatter I'd go back to for my next one!

I lost my favourite hat a couple of years ago in the woods and I was looking for a replacement...I found it! I now live in my mohair rib slouchy grey and have been complimented on it loads. Great hat and service. Thanks a million.

I thought it being Christmas there may be a bit of a delay in getting orders out, but no. Ordered on Thurs, paid no additional postage fee and had my purchase in my hands on Saturday! Can't say fairer than that.

I am very pleased with my new trilby hat, its a good fit, it looks good, and it just feels right.

This company I found to be quick and efficient and dealt with my inquiry immediately.

This Kangol cap arrived promptly and well packed. It is a good fit and compares very well with my old Kangol cap bought many years ago. And if it lasts as long I will be very pleased.

Service fine, delivery, etc, but the hat only came in one size and it was too huge for my average sized head, so had to alter it - the point of the exercise.
