Wow…….polite, patient professional and painless. First choosing New Wave Doors early 2020, numerous issues with my extension but it didn’t phase these guys n girls! Supporting and reassuring my doors were fitted on Tuesday! Couldn’t be more pleased from start to finish with the level of service, communication AND MY DOORS!!! Great team and a great product, highly recommended.

The doors are brilliant. This is the second house I have had these doors. Would not have anything else. This experience was sooo much better than the first, the doors are so good I was prepared to deal with the poor service I received 7 years ago.
This time the service was great, poles away from previously. Great communication, doors arrived on time, fitted perfectly. They have updated the openers and blind controls. I am trilled doors are excellent.

Our experience of new wave doors is we had excellent service from start to finish. Easy to talk on the phone with office staff who put me at easy understood what we wanted, had a survey told us what would be done. The same men did the fitting as the survey, Very quick and clean all work done site clean when they finished we can't fault any part of the job. Very happy with the finished job excellent.

Ok so from the initial call to them right through to final delivery, the experience has been first class, especially when we are talking about spending £7k+. I’d did call a couple of bifold companies early on (with a nagging thought it wasn’t quite the system we wanted, our friends never use theirs, cumbersome, heavy, have to clear everything in their path etc) and they were properly hard sell agents and quite off putting. Knowing we wanted something different I began the internet search and this is the only weakness I would flag. When I searched “slide and fold” it doesn’t bring up this great system, only more bifolds. I couldn’t think another term for it and almost gave up resigned to second best when Google finally threw up New Wave somehow. We aim to live in the house until old age and it was a relief to find the NW system. A relief to find them and then tgat they are a family run business. You speak to the same people each time. And so an initial call to Zoe, and only Zoe, no sales team, much better. Subsequent contact about finer details of what we wanted with head of sales and they send a builders pack, a section of the door frame to allow the builder to make the perfect hole size. And finally installation. The two nice chaps fitted the doors in no time and they are just great. I’d also flag that the frame comes in sections, not made up like some systems so no big access is needed to your site, the largest item being the doors themselves. This also means the system came in a Luton van not some large lorry, useful for our narrow roads in Cornwall. Finally the price, came in at least £2k under the bifold quotes I received. The builders have been very impressed with the system too, one is now contemplating ditching his bifold for these even. I’ll certainly keep promoting New Wave to our visitors, it’s great to deal with a proper person company that makes a great product.

When we moved into our house nine years ago, the windows were in need of replacement. We took the opportunity at the same time to have the kitchen modernised and extended to include a dining area. Our double glazing installer suggested your "New Wave" doors as an alternative to bi-folds. We visited your premises in Bristol and were very impressed with what we saw. We have not been disappointed with our decision to have your doors fitted. They have worked faultlessly, and provide exactly the clear open access between the dining area and the garden that we were promised.
And.....New Wave customer service has been there too, after more than eight years, to help with a recent query about a hinge shield becoming fragile.

Delivered on the time they specified. The installers were really great was done very professionally and were tidy and efficient. No complaints and we were very pleased with the final results 👍🏻

I am grateful to Zoe, Claire and the team on getting my doors manufactured and fitted. The process of choosing my doors was very easy and Zoe helped me every step of the way. The price was competitive and fair. Once manufactured I needed to get some doors delivered earlier than others and Claire was able to help me with that process. The quality of my doors are amazing, something not commonly seen in other properties and it make the room feel insulated and safe. It was sometimes hard to get hold of them over the phone for pressing issues but they respond really quickly by email or text. Overall I would recommend and use them again.

Lovely product makes me smile everytime I walk in the room. The installation was flawless. The ordering not so. Difficult for a layman, a home survey would have been so helpful. Had we not had a friendly builder I would have thought twice. But so glad I didnt.

The whole experience of dealing with New Wave Door team has been very positive. They were very helpful and responsive. The installation went very smoothly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend New Wave Door as a company.

Great product, just ordered a second installation as we were so pleased with the first one.

New Wave product looks great but is unfortunately let down by its customer service. My bi- folds have been installed for a year now and within a month of them being installed I had a small issue with the door dropping, 10 mins work for an engineer when they attend. IM STILL WAITING. Emailed, Spoke to the office numerous times and still have the brush off. Stuck with what to do which I shocking because I have a 10 year guarantee.

Excellent product, customer service and install team. No pushy sales, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with.

Had a customer that required 2of these doors and went to new wave for supply only, delivered when said, had minor adjustments needed as the video instructions where not to clear, service engineers where booked, turned up on site, great lads, took them 2 minutes to get the doors working as should. Will defo use again!

Claire gave us a Fantastic service from start to finish locating the right part for the patio doors, nothing was too much trouble always answered the phone and called back. would highly recommend.

Great looking doors but the customer service is appalling. I need a simple adjustment on my doors and have been trying since June to get someone here. 10+ emails, loads of calls and filling out service request forms. Promises to phone back but nothing!!

Working on an extension /renovation where the customer has had these doors. 6 external sets, 1 internal set and 7 large windows made from the same system so the work the same as the doors. I have never seen this system before but I have to say I am very impressed with the way they look and work. I am particularly impressed with New Wave themselves and the service has been incredible. The internal floor levels have been challenging plus there was a design error in the steelwork and it was New Wave that highlighted this and provided the solution. It has been an absolute pleasure working with James and Claire in the office and Mike and Connor who installed the doors were simply the best. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you and I will be telling all future customers to have New Wave Doors

What a great company,from the staff to the product everything is amazing.
The doors are so good, doors and installers arrived when they said they would and finished to such a hight standard.
Can not recommend them enough
