I have rented many times from newway and have always a great experience. It is hassle free with all fees incorporated in the price and no credit card deposit. I fly to/from dublin airport and it’s always been easy to pick up and drop off. Staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Pickup & drop off are seamless. Having all inclusive insurance included in the price is fantastic!

Hiring a NewWay car was easy at Dublin airport. The car itself was absolutely perfect for our purposes and not too expensive. I would definitely recommend!

Easy to book, collect and drop off again. Very helpful and explained everything at the collection desk. Reasonably priced. They lost a star because I ordered and paid for an automatic car and got a manual.

They always provide an excellent service and are reasonably priced.

Excellent service. Pick up at Dublin airport was quick, with none of the usual attempting to sell extra insurance cover. Nice, clean car. Had a problem with the key fob battery soon after pick up, but my enquiry was quickly answered and no further problems thereafter.
Drop off was easy and fuel deposit was quickly refunded afterwards.
Would definitely use NewWay again.

Good service but no terminal pick-up.
Every time prior to this trip I had terminal pick up which was one of the reason for using New Way.
I had not factored in the additional time for pick up and drop of plus bus transfers.
This is the main disappointment with the most recent hire.

Staff very friendly. No hidden costs. They took a deposit for the fuel which was returned to me after I returned the car. It was much easier dropping the car back as there were choices as to where to drop it. We chose to drive back to the terminal which was much easier than the returns areas that the other offered

I’ve used NewWay at Dublin airport 5 or 6 times and I wish all car hire/rental experiences were like NewWay. The simple thing of all inclusive takes away the stress of decision making (worried you didn’t buy enough insurance, worried you’d been sold unnecessary insurance) and actually makes the interaction with staff much more pleasant. I’m a great fan

Renting is affordable, and the all-in packages make it stress-free. Most of all, the staff are excellent and so helpful

I've used New Way many times. Totally hassle free with no haggling and stress on arrival. On return I parked my car beside the short stay carpark, dropped my keys into a letterbox on reception and went on my way. Exactly what I want.

I booked a car the day before on their website with an online card. However, when I attempted to pick up the car, they refused as I needed to have a physical card. This I have no problem with, but they're refusing to give me a full refund and charging me the cancellation fee, even though they cancelled my rental.

Great service everything was straightforward,no hidden extras.

Always a pleasure , so fast so simple , no stress of worry about added fees

A++++++++ service at the desk, car was perfect and good quality. Finally a rental company without weird explanation of insurance offers, what does not make me thinking, if my other insurances are valid or not, should I take the broker's insurance, etc. Simply straight to the website, book and pay all in one! Thank you!
