New Windows have recently completed the installation of a new conservatory for me. The quality of both the product and the workmanship of the installation team (thanks Mark & Andy) have been first class. For years I did not think I would be able to fit in a “system” building such as this but I have the insight of the company sales and technical teams to thank for this simple but innovative approach. This is the second time I have used New Windows and when the need arises I will definitely come back to them again.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM
I wouldn’t recommend this company as we have been lied to by multiple members of staff and they have taken our money when they couldn’t even measure the windows correctly and the job for nine windows took over seven months and still wasn’t finished with five of the windows not the right size. The four windows that were the right size were fitted badly and we had to get a decorator in to make good the mess. The install team smoked all day and constantly ran the company down. We asked for a refund as lost all confidence in them but they told us that they would pursue us for the remaining 10% with only under half the windows supplied or fitted! Their customer service is non-existent and the director hasn’t ever tried contacting us and the communication is horrific. Stay well clear of them. They take your money and then blame you for their incompetence.
We gave them plenty of opportunity to make things right but you only get an email from their admin lady saying they have you by their contract that they make you sign so please if you do make the decision of using this substandard company then read their contract because it’s all in their favour and not the customer.

We had a very good experience with New Windows,right from the first visit to decide what door we wanted, being kept informed of each process and very quick installation date. The fitter was quick and kept everything tidy including putting the hoover round.
We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely use them again.

Recommend by a neighbour. Service received from first contact was excellent from initial design consultation, full survey, builders and installation. WAJ Builders and fitter (Triston) were excellent. Very professional, clean, tidy and taking pride in their work. The conservatory looks like it’s always been part of the house (4 years old).
Only negative comment was delay of 5 to 6 weeks between the building work and start of installation. This wasn’t a problem apart from not keeping me informed. Several times I telephoned Warminster but received no reply to my messages. I had to resort to calling Mark (Design Consultant) who did his best to chase. I think the company are addressing this with the recently installed online portal to assist with a speedy response.
I had a small problem with a door sticking and not locking easily. Triston came back - late on a Friday evening and fixed it - excellent response and customer service.
Will definitely recommend Britannia and New Windows to friends and neighbours.

I am highly delighted with my new doors and windows. The finished result is absolutely wonderful. The two fitters were very professional and tidy. They kept me fully informed throughtout the whole fitting process. Thank you guys.

From arranging a visit to measure up and book an installation New Windows were First class.

We had a conservatory fitted 3 years ago and the installers were great and did a flawless job but just recently we looked for a quote for a garage entrance door half glass and half panel at the bottom. The same person came out the quoted for our conservatory his name was Wayne , he remembered doing the quote and survey for our conservatory and gave us a great price for the door. Within 3 weeks we had an installation date and their installer arrived on time , he finished the install of the door in around 3 hours and was a very tidy worker as well. If I need a door or window done in the future New Windows will be the company I will contact first. I can’t recommend them any higher. Great service and a great installation on both counts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Installer was prompt, polite and did a very tidy job on the finish. Happy to use again, especially if the same installer comes out.

From visiting the showroom to the installation of our new front door was quick and seamless. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was left clean and tidy upon completion. We would definitely recommend New Windows and use them again.

The company failed to register the installation of replacement windows with the regulated body at the time and they are refusing to correct the problem even though it has been a legal requirement since April 2002 for any windows installers to register the work done, and so are now leaving me in a predicament! I am selling my house and this is a certificate that is required!
Be careful people, make sure their accreditated regulated body send you a CERTIFICATE when the job has been completed, and don't get fobbed off. They are confusing the certificate, a proof the work is done to building regs standard and is given by the regulated body (Fensa, Certass, whichever one is showing on their literature) with their own guarantee which lasts 10 years.
And they call themselves professionals!
