Great dress, fit perfect, easy transaction
Great dress!! Delivered within few days. I bought it for a friends daughters wedding. I am a size 2-4. I bought the 2 and it fit perfect. I had it shipped to Canada and since it was made in the US the broker fees worked out to 31.00 only on a $188.00 usd dress.

Nice dresses but their return policy is too strict. Bought a dress and travel out of the country but afraid that when I return after two weeks if the dress does not fit I will be stuck with it. They do not do refunds only except exchanges and store credit which is not something you see in other shops.

The dresses are perfect. Shipping was quick. The website is easy to navigate, though, when using an iPhone, the "search field" doesn't work so well.
I cannot speak to the returns dept. yet. Of the 6 pieces I purchased, I do have one that needs to be exchanged. Will review the returns, once the process is complete.

I am very happy with this retailer! I bought a dress at an extreme discount when other retail were selling it for full price. The dress arrived neatly packaged, in pristine condition, and I received a free tote bag. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. James and all the staff members are number one. I bought a dress and ended up not what I wanted so I called James and requested a return with no problems.
