Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! Some products smell like nothing and the company DOESNT CARE! I’m not one to write a story on a negative experience but these people need a wake up call as well as candle makers seeing this before purchasing from them. I ordered a small sample of Santal 33 and there was Zero Scent emitting from the bottle. I had a few friends try to sniff and they chuckled saying we smell water. So I emailed the Co and they suggested using a morning nose, etc so I tried the next day and still crickets. So I emailed again( mind you they never answer their messages via website so u need to email directly 👎🏾) and I haven’t gotten a response. I even asked for my $2.99 back not that I’m dying for my $3 back but simply out of principle and having good customer service. I’m a new customer of theirs and man are they a turn off. They have left a sour taste in my mouth to the point even the good Fo I ordered from them I will seek to order somewhere else. This is not how u conduct business, especially towards new customers and a customer who just wanted to smell what she paid for. Shame on you. Absolute shame. No wonder you are a large company but never talked about the way candle science, flaming candle and others are talked about. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

This company is a run by me, a one woman show, and I do my best at treating customers the way I would want to be treated. I run everything mostly by myself and I am extremely busy. Now, I never gave you crickets. I answered your email, and I offered several suggestions and you have yet to tell me that you have even tried it in a product. That is critical to fragrance oils. Out of bottle scents are not accurate to what it will smell like in a product. I'm sorry you can't seem to smell it, but Santal 33 is a very popular scent and there is nothing wrong with the container. It has a very strong, distinct scent. There is obviously something else going on as to why you can't smell it.
As for your second email, I read that on my way home from the Cornell hospital with a family member. I do not conduct business and try to respond to emails while I am in a family crisis. I assumed I could respond to emails today when I had a moment to sit at my desk. But to be honest, I would have just had some more suggestions for you that you don't seem to appreciate. I sell small sizes for all customers to try before committing to a larger size. Nobody is going to like every single scent. That's just the way it is. I'm sorry you don't like the Santal, but we all have had scents we just don't like.
