The service provided was excellent particularly as due to natural disasters our itinerary had to be altered twice. Things were rearranged efficiently and everything went as planned. I would have no hesitation recommending this firm.

The whole process from, planning, advice given, recommendations, arrangements, organisation, being kept up to date with developments, any amendments required. Was smooth, efficient & professionally done. The whole holiday & experience was just magical from start to end.

I can say without any hesitation that New Zealand Sky provided the most proactive support in developing the intineary and assistance during our travels that we have ever experienced with a tour company. Well done and thank you for the most amazing 5 weeks we have ever had on holiday.

Overall a brilliant introduction to New Zealand. A whistle stop tour which introduced us to exactly what New Zealand has to offer - amazing people, scenery, wine, food, interesting places to visit and lots of wildlife. A truly memorable experience. The driving times were manageable with plenty of opportunities to stop off en route to explore. Everything pre-booked and paid for made check in and check out quick and easy. All the accomodation we stayed in was at least good, most was excellent. The information pack given to us on arrival was very detailed and well presented and extremely helpful. I loved being given a touring atlas.

Excellent in every way; very good hotels, everything booked in advance, pick-ups all OK and fantastic itinerary. Not TOO far to drive each day (max was 278km, most days around half that or less).
(Only small grumble is we found the written route instructions hard to follow as no distances included; however full NZ Road Atlas and Sat Nav provided, so just punched in hotel address and went with that).

A friendly company that offers things that are a little bit different. My initial experience showed that I needed to check all details were correct on the quotes, but we soon sorted out what i wanted. Maybe the consultant I had was fairly new... Anyway, I booked exactly the trip I wanted - which was simply a short Travemarvel tour of South Island - after visiting family in Auckland.

New Zealand Sky put together an excellent round the world package for us involving flights, hotels, car hire, ferry crossing, railway journey and airport transfers. They were extremely helpful tailoring a trip to what we wanted and including suggestions of additional places to visit. We could not fault any part of it. The hotels stayed at were within walking distance of all amenities. On arrival in New Zealand we were presented with a pack providing information on areas to be visited, a detailed itinerary with suggested route, driving times and distances involved. We had a well presented atlas full of superb photos of attractions along our route.
We would certainly recommend New Zealand Sky.

I travelled with New Zealand Sky a year ago having seen an advert in Wanderlust magazine (I had not heard of the company until then). Brendan looked after our arrangements - a self drive taking in both North and South islands. The process was really smooth and I remember him calling us a week before travelling to wish us a good trip - nice touch. Having experienced such a super holiday in NZ I have since used the services of Brendan to book my latest trip to Australia.

Hannah was very helpful and made the decision making easier. We both thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and all the personnel were extremely professional and efficient.

Booked a lifetime trip last year for travel this year and cant express how easy the whole process was. How the price was almost made to measure for what we wanted and how much the young lady knew about literally everywhere we went. Travelled this year and wow!!! Best holiday ever.
Will recommend this guys to all friends & Family travelling to NZ. We will be back again Thanks again .
