Takes forever and estimated delivery date as well as tracking info are never true and correct. So don't count on it.
Delivery personnel also can't find addresses, and or mistake addresses when finally they decide to deliver the stuff, sometimes they pretend to come and say they didn't find you at home, they are not fit or trained for the job, guess they pay them a misery and give them no tools and training.
Not a serious shipping-delivery company.
Unrealiable is an understatement.
Conclusion: You are never going to get your mail.
There are more than enough bad reviews here to convince you not to use Nexive, but here's one more:
They tried to deliver my package while I was out and left a slip. You can use the tracking number on the slip to reschedule a delivery, but not until after the second attempt.
The ONLY way to reschedule a delivery is by calling the local office. The problem is that the local office NEVER PICKS UP. I tried dozens of times over the course of two days. My boyfriend tried on his work breaks.
If you call the national office, they say that they don't know anything and suggest calling the local office, lol. And if you write the customer service, they suggest calling the local office. And apparently, you're not even supposed to go to the local office because of covid.
Conclusion: You are never going to get your mail.

Worst courier i have ever experienced. The pack was in the final center for 2 days without moving and now on friday it's in arrving but nothing has arrived. It's obviously a pathetic excuse to take time to say it's arriving on friday and not delivering it.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Document sent out from Milan on Nov 13 still not delivered in Trentino on Dec 10. If it had legs, the document would have made it here much faster on its own simply walking. Tracking system not working due to "technical problems", spent 20 minutes at the phone to talk with the customer service, who told me that an official complaint will be filed, but was unable to give me any update on where the document is now or whether it will ever be delivered. Stay away from them. Regular post is likely to be faster, cheaper and more accurate!!

Worst delivery service I ever dealt with. Deliveries are not delivered to the recipient, with the reason that nobody is at home, which is just an outrageous lie. I have never seen a Nexive car even though the carrier has allegedly been to my house 10 times and has searched for me in vain. A star as a rating is way too much, a report would be more appropriate
