Warte seit 2 Wochen auf mein Packet. Es ist nie ein Frächter gekommen. Anschließend wurde das Packet einfach als ausgeliefert gekennzeichnet. Der Kundenservice von Nexive ist fürn Arsch. Die Helfen einen keinen Zentimeter weiter. Total Inkompetent. Verwendet einen anderen Frächter. Dieser ist nicht Seriös! Wenn ihr euch Geld und Nerven ersparen wollt verwendet NICHT Nexive! Absolut Inkompetent!!!

Worst delivery experience EVER.
It took 45 DAYS to receive a stupid object that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. They lost the package, then found it again then they kept passing at the same hour despite the fact I already told them none could have take the package. So I left a message telling them to leave the box to a neighbor and they ignored it. I stayed home, they never came pass and claimed they did. The item was sent back and resent to me with another service. TERRIBLE.

They stole the item which valued 500 euros from inside the shipping box and when I claimed they offered me 1 euro compensation for the item they had stolen, under their terms and conditions you get 1 euro for each kilo they steal.

Could it be any worse?
I ordered 2 packages handled by this (so called) courier, with the first, they managed to take 8 days to cover a 40Km distance. The second one, well, I'm still waiting, it was shipped 11 days ago... we're talking about domestic shippings here. Of course I assume the messaging support is fake because they never answered, probably just a way to make you waste some time filling an endless form. The company who shipped me the misfortuned parcel told me they already dropped this courier for many bad feedbacks from customers (you don't say!) but I was unlucky enough to be cursed twice with this cr*p courier.

Seriously bad service! Can not believe a reputable company such as TicketOne uses such an unreliable service. Needless to say I will totally avoid Nexive in the future - along with ALL companies who use this service! (That especially goes for TicketOne - I will use an alternative) and I will spread the word!!!!!!!

Very bad experience!
During my stay in Italy i booked up two times this courier through their website, paying in advance with credit card. On both occasion the courier did not show up to collect the parcel. It has very cheap prices but it's absolutely unreliable. If you need to send something, and want the job done well, i suggest to look for UPS or TNT.
Unacceptable service and quality by Nexive
I received an sms that a delivery attempt had been made by Nexive, however the driver never passed by our house. I was home the entire day (and received other packages). I called customer service immediately (was put on hold for over 30 minutes). Finally, I was told that there was nothing that I could do other than to pick the package up at their warehouse (30 minutes from my house). The representative was also very rude. Very disappointed with their service. This is the second poor experience I have had with this company.

If you know that your order will be taken into account by them, just pray The God you believe in because it is the only way to know if you will be lucky or not to receive your package.
3 orders and none arrived in time, nor a phone number was been left to call. The customer service is useless because they can not to almost anything. The whole system is a cruel joke for the customer.

What a terrible company you are to call you somehow. I have been waiting for a parcel sent from palermo to Olbia (sardinia) for more than 13 days now. The tracking information shown in the website is totally false. I have been calling to more than 5 telephone numbers of you, all the information and support received has been a joke. Your people working in the telephone assistance are really masters well trained in avoiding to give any real solution. Despite I have a tracking number noone can say me where the parcel is located. I have been even in the nearest office to me in Olbia, they do not know nothing, can not give me any solution. I can just wait home and pray my parcel will arrive.A Shame. If I count all money I have spent in your phone line (useless) and trips to your offices this has been the most expensive shipping never. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible! Scandalous!..i have never received my pack, i could not contact anyway Nexive by telephone neither by sms, neither by chat. They said they could not find anyone at home, but really i have been everytime at home. If you would buy in e-shop, i suggest you to check that the seller doesnt'use Nexive !
