Ordered sandals,expecting orthopedic .They are cheap rubbish!
Wouldn't and couldn't wear them.Not true to size,too small .Cheap thin plastic,flimsy,no support. Stupid white velcro ,on grey sandals,which can be seen .Advert is fraudulent.
No answer for 5 days, after asking for refund and return instructions

The order took very long to be delivered and the sandals are NOT as advertised! The straps are stiff plastic, sizing is completely out and they just look cheap and nasty! Will be returning for a refund.

These sandals are an absolute disgrace,plastic, stitching hanging off ,no support sizes do.not fit cheap plastic dont even bother to order,' they are not fit for purpose.I was shocked lookng forward to Leather sandals,which the price of £54 would have been reasonable,they are in fact cheap plastic,threads hanging out,glue on sides vsokes so hard dont even bend and look just so cheap and nasty,i would not give these away.Just rubbish DO NOT BUY THEM not fit for purpose only fit for bin You have been warned.Do not believe their advertisements.Nothing but lies

I cancelled a pair of Sandles on 16th may ,and am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account,getting blood out of a stone would be easier

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYThe sandals are awful, unbranded, cheap and nasty. I requested to return them for for a refund, but was told I would have to return them to China at my own expense and probably have to pay an import tax.
They suggested that I keep the shoes and they would refund 50%, which I agreed to. Weeks later and I have not received my refund and they keep saying "your refund has been processed"

Received sandals today they are plastic with white velcro? And you can see the glue on the side of the sandal. They are not as shown in their picture, this
is fraud. If Chinese companies are selling in the UK they must abide by the Trading standard laws.

I ordered sandals from this shop. The advert said these were ortpoedic sandals, highly recommended by foot specialists, and a doctor in Oslo/ Norway recommended them. (my home country)
Well, the shoes were far from ortpoedic, cheap plastic material in soles and upper 'skin'. I decided to return the delivery, sent email to their customer support, received quickly a polite answer, giving me two options :1. I send them back (advising that postal fees are going to be high etc) 2. to keep the sandals, get a 50% refund and receive another delivery for free.... I opted for nr. 1, asked for the return address... and haven't hear from them since (that is 5 days ago)

Rubbish product, cheaply made, does not fasten, very uncomfortable and looks like they would fall apart. Definitely not as advertised and I cannot see how to return them. DO NOT BUY

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. I agree with everything said. The sandals are not as quality as the marketing suggested they are more like something you'd buy off Temu at 8 times the price. Been trying to send them back but no joy.

Flimsy shoes with weak straps that broke after the first wear. Smell of chemicals. Have to be returned to China but the postage is high so I just threw away . Do not order from this company. I should have read the bad reviews before ordering.

The shoes were not comfortable at all and certainly didn't feel like they'd been designed by a podiatrist. When I tried to return them, I've twice been told I can order a different size if I pay them an additional £15 fee, but they won't give any details as to how to get a refund.

This Company is a SCAM, I will be leaving constant negative reviews to save people money.. they conned my mother.. Avoid, Will be leaving reviews on every social media site and in China…

Purchased 2 pair Sandals, quality disgraceful and not as shown on line. Stating that a medical company recommended them for people with foot problems. Now having trouble getting them returned wish I had read trustpilot before buying.

I bought a size 39, my size 6. They don't fit and now the problems begin. I have been advised to buy another pair for an extra £15 because returning the shoes is too costly and difficult. I do not want another pair, the shoes look flimsy and uncomfortable.

I bought a pair of navy Sandals which I received yesterday 29/05/2026. Today I contacted them and was told that I should send £232 in order to get my refund and will only receive it once they receive it in good condition. The packaging deserves much to be desired. Sandals came misshaped. Quality is very bad, on the packaging there is a return address in Cannock, so why China. I personally don't believe those reviews on their site. I challenged them about it and they apologised if it carried the wrong message.

0 stars! Absolutely shocking and it serves me right i should have read the reviews. They are cheap and nasty and feel like clogs with a solid plastic sole, They don't have proper buckles and the material feels like cardboard.
No comfort what so ever.

I would like to return the sandals
There wS sone kind of discrepancy that landed me with.3 pairs of these marvdlous to to look at online footwear .
However I am very disappointed with the product. The design is good. If only the materials were.
I didn't want to put a review that seems to contradict others but there is nothing that I can say to praise them. How can I please return them.

I actually ordered on a Danish webside and the product in plastic instead of leather arrived 3 weeks from China! AWSOME,

The sandals were cheap and not as described. I emailed 3 times with no response. Please do not purchase from this company. It’s a scam!
