Very disappointed
I had been a returning customer, but this was my last order with Next Day Paint.
I ordered a specific colour, but they sent me a completely different one. When I contacted customer service, instead of investigating the issue, they claimed that I had used the “Order Again” option and reordered a previous colour.
I am 100% certain this is not true. My wife and I placed the order together, and we both clearly remember manually entering the correct colour code. I believe there is a bug in their ordering system, but they refused to acknowledge it or take any responsibility.
Because I urgently needed the paint, I had to buy the correct colour elsewhere. Despite this, they refused to refund me for the incorrectly supplied paint.
Very disappointing customer service. They have lost a loyal customer, and I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered 3 tins of the Zinsser…
Ordered 3 tins of the Zinsser Perma-White Interior Paint - Tinted Colour Match. Green, Grey and Blue. Green and grey are fine. The blue which is shade 'RAL 5022 - Night Blue' comes as violet purple in colour. It's description says it boards on a near navy tone but this is completely untrue. The only thing the company have told me to do is to give it another coat as it will darken it up. Making the purple darker isn't really the answer when you have just paid 3k for a Navy sofa. Poor after sales service, would not recomend.
