There are numerous reasons for me to sing the praises for this company (Next Level Racing). While many corporations will happily deal with you at the point of the sale, they fall woefully short when you need support. That is NOT the case with NLR.
I had an issue with one of the pivot springs in my cockpit sim seat (self induced I might add), and they stepped up, replaced BOTH side pivot springs at NO COST (except shipping, which I happily paid) and helped me resolve my issue very quickly.
Cameron and his crew were a joy to work with, and there is no doubt that I will not only purchase from them again (when my future needs require it), but I will recommend them to my flight simulation friends.
THEY ARE AWESOME!

This is not a product review, but rather a customer service review. I ordered the GTLite Pro, only to realize moments after placing the order that it was not the model I intended to purchase. I immediately emailed customer support to request a cancellation before the item shipped, and I also called their service number. However, due to the time difference between the U.S. and Australia, combined with the company's ongoing headquarters relocation, my efforts were unsuccessful, and the product shipped before they could respond.
The initial representative I contacted via email, Zayden, informed me that he could not cancel the order but then failed to reply to any further correspondence. Despite emailing him multiple times and leaving a voicemail requesting a callback, I received no response. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated by this point.
I then initiated a new claim through customer support and was connected with Alec—unfortunately, his last name was not provided. Regardless, Alec proved to be an absolute standout. In my view, he went above and beyond, locating the U.S. warehouse where my product had been shipped, arranging for it to be rerouted back to their facility, and processing my refund within just a few days. His responses were remarkably prompt, often arriving within minutes of my emails. I truly appreciate Alec's dedication in transforming what could have been a drawn-out ordeal into a swift and seamless resolution.
I believe NLR offers excellent products, and I suspect the transitional period explained Zayden's lack of responsiveness. That said, the primary aim of this review is to ensure Alec receives recognition for his exceptional performance. Such exemplary customer service is a rare commodity in today's world, and I sincerely hope his company acknowledges and rewards it.

Excellent customer service! Through no fault of NLR, DHL delivered my rig to the wrong address. DHL failed to recover or rectify their mistake, so I approached NLR to try and see what they could do to help resolve the problem.
They swiftly responded to my email and after confirmation of the original order and details they got a replacement rapidly delivered.
They also followed it up and checked in that everything went well second time round (which it did).
Would not hesitate using NLR again in the future.

Their customer service is almost nonexistent. It takes almost a week to get a response from anyone. I’m about three weeks into just trying to get two small replacement parts shipped to me. We are not even at the point now where they have shipped it. Terrible and unorganized. I have plenty of experience dealing with other reputable carriers and have received response as much quicker. Definitely get the feeling that they just don’t care. Beware buying from them as if you ever need service from them in the future, it will be very difficult. This is the same story I saw Fanatec go through and almost go bankrupt until they were bailed out and bought by another company. Wonder if this will happen to NLR as well.
Update 2/8/26- thankfully I finally got contacted by a manager that was willing to take some action. Next level racing ended up sending me the two parts I needed and refunding my money as a courtesy. Big shout out to Dhanesh for all his help. Still not thrilled that I had to go through this review experience to get some help but also can appreciate that they responded quickly and got me some help.

I bought a cockpit and seat as a gift on Dec 26. Building the rig I saw how great it is, attention to detail, quality etc. But, I also bought a seat. The tracking shows "recipient name incorrect" and it was sent back to sender. It is 2 weeks since the purchase, sent multiple times messages and absolutely 0 answer. 0. Absolute disrespect for the customer. The good thing is I bought through Walmart market place and was able to request refund. Disappointed beyond words.

Cameron was incredibly patient when I needed a seat replacement on my Go Kart Plus sim rig. We were able to work out a solution together over the course of a month through consistent communication, and I am able to race happily again with a brand new seat without having to purchase another separate rig. We purchased the f-gt pro rig for our first real sim setup. The unit came relatively quickly even during the holidays. The box condition was excellent but there were some quality control issues upon opening. The main chair piece has a large bend right where it pivots. We were able to bend this back with a rubber mallet and so far it does seem to work reasonably well. Most of the decals were peeling off so that was disappointing but doesn't affect the user experience. Changing positions is quick but it is not smooth. I'm not sure if it's from the bent tab.... maybe more of the unit is bent and just hard to notice. We are going to try some kind of silicone plastic lubricant to see if that fixes the issue with adjustments.
Now, all that said, we do really like the rig! It looks so much better than the traditional ugly aluminum profile rigs. We use a Moza R9 and honestly I notice zero flex, its awesome. We have the shifter attachment and its good but I do recommend locktite on the assembly to keep from loosening up while shifting and using the handbrake. The pedal adjustment and sturdiness is great but again not smooth, here's hoping some sort of lube fixes that.
It glides easily on hard flooring with the included pads. I'd like wheels for it so that will be the next adventure!

The support (although a lengthy process) finally stood by their product, provided a rapid resolution to my issue by sending replacement parts at no cost! I’m upgrading from what I felt should have been negative stars to 4 stars.
The team was very considerate of my issue, understood what was wrong, and sent out part via FedEx and was at more doorstep in a few days. I would give 5 stars but the support needs improvement on response times and initial communication. If your patient you will get your issue resolved!
The ERS3 is sturdy, stable and comfortable. I played for about 2 hours and didn’t feel any discomfort especially compared to the FG-Lite I upgraded from! Also the ability to recline and sit up as well as slide back and forth for more intense races is a game changer!
