Great work tidy workmen end project fabulous explanation of the work throughout the job well impressed

Our overall experience of our new resin driveway was excellent with Next Generation. We were kept informed with timescales. The lads that did the prep work were hard working and also constantly kept us informed all the way through. The gang that came to lay the resin were also hard working and friendly. The only criticism we have is the initial meeting with the sales guy. He took 3.5 hours to get us a quote and was at our home the whole time. This really could put other people off using them. It needs scaling back as
became quite annoying. We would still definitely recommend to other people as the end result is stunning and has transformed our home. We have had so many compliments about it.

From start to finish it was a great experience dealing with next generation. Professional at all times. Kept fully informed at each stage of progress with the drive. Also got a phone call after each stage to make sure we were happy with the look and service. We are more than happy with the end results and would use this company again. We can recommend them… you won’t be dissapointed.

I am very pleased with my new garage door, everyone from initial contacts to the installation team were polite and courteous. Installation went very smoothly and all was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Next Generation for their excellent service

I had an aluminium grey grey gate and composite fence with trellis border on the top edge. I was very pleased with Johns sale visit, he explained everything in great detail, I had an initial idea to fill the 3m wide space and he guided me in the final design which I am over the moon with. Ben came and explained the installation procedure and with the drive sloping away on one edge suggested the existing tarmac was cut away locally and fresh tarmac made a good finish. Darren and the team used great skill and care to carry out the installation. I would highly recommend Next Generation Home Improvements.

There was no hard sell and the salesperson went through all the steps in a professional and friendly manner. Excellent choice of colours.
For the installation everyone turned up on the dates given. This included the team who prepared the groundworks and also the team that did the resin finish. You could have a conversation with both teams and they were able to answer any questions that were raised. At the end of each day the area was left in a neat and tidy manner.
The finished product was wonderful and I was pleased that I had chosen Next Generation to do the resin driveway.

Really easy installation. Everyone turned up when they were supposed to and the team that prepared the ground works and the other team that lay the resin were perfectly polite, you could have a conversation with them and they talked through each step and informed us how long they would be etc. They left the area tidy after they finished on each day and at the end of each day they told us what would happen next and when we should hear from the admin team about the next stages. The finish of the product is wonderful. The selection of colours and finishes we were offered was plenty. There was no hard sales and the sales chap actually sat in our kitchen and asked about us as a family and had a laugh with us.

The work done was excellent! We had a new resin bound drive and the process from start to finish was fantastic. The work done on our drive was absolutely 5* , the lads were polite and did a great job during challenging weather. Office staff communication was a little behind ,( thats why 4 stars ) but got there in the end , but it was the on site workers that made the project and end finish brilliant

Following the laying of a resin bound frontage to our garden in February 2025 and which we were satisfied we decided to use Next Generation again with the installation of a new back door to our garage.Although somewhat expensive it was well fitted on time and looks good.
Well worth the outlay.

I’m really impressed with our new resin drive and Next Generation Home Improvements. The whole project from start to finish went like clockwork and we were kept fully informed, every stage of the installation was spot on like a military operation.
Neighbours and passers by are impressed and We have been asked by our customers for details of Next Generation and we were happy to recommend them.

The installation was carried out with minimum disruption, the prep. work was done quickly and all rubbish cleared quickly. The final surface is just as advertised a very tidy job and much appreciated.

Having previously had a resin drive, with which we were extremely pleased, we had our patio similarly done.
The work and result are just as good. Everyone was polite and thoroughly professional, and the finished patio is as stunning as the drive. Wonderful.
