I have been using Niagara Therapy for almost 30 years and being able to relax my muscles myself has been the only answer to back pain I had since I was 8 years old. Exercise on its own is not enough,... See more

I really appreciated my Niagara heat pad on various occasions when I had a frozen shoulder. Using the pad reduced the pain and hastened the return of full mobility. I highly recommend it for people of all ages

Last year I purchased a new Niagara pad as my old one was having a few problems. Niagara personnel were very helpful and I am very happy with my new pad. Niagara had always come to the rescue when my old pad had problems.

This company has been in Australia and different countries the world for many years. They are honest reliable, helpful and friendly. I’ve had a bed for many years. Then I got the pad and now enjoy a chair. All my visitors want to sit in the chair complementing favourably on it.

Wonderful service and amazing products.
I felt like I was part of a loving, caring family who watched out for and helped one another.
I have used Niagara products for many years, including when I broke my collar bone in 2003 and my wrist in 2022. The massage pad gave me much need pain relief.
Now I have a Niagara chair which I love to sit in every day to receive a whole body massage. I have no aches and pains and feel a fit, active and healthy 76 year old.
I highly recommend Niagara to anyone who wants pain relief and improved health and well being.

I’ve been using the Niagara Cycloid Vibration Pad for over a year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. Unlike other vibration devices, the pad’s cycloid motion technology delivers a deep yet gentle multidirectional vibration, which I love.
The Niagara pad has assisted me with pain relief and muscle relaxation by reducing muscular tension and stiffness. It has also alleviated pain from discomfort in my hand (RSI and carpel tunnel) and in my foot (a bunion). I also experience flareups due to sciatica and fibromyalgia. Within minutes of using the pad, I can feel the tension dissipating, leaving me feeling much more relaxed. One of the most positive outcomes has been a significant long-term improvement in reducing fluid, particularly in my legs.
Beyond its therapeutic benefits, the pad is quiet, easy to use and well-designed. I work from home and use it daily. It also has a ‘heat’ setting which is so calming when I feel tense and anxious. I rarely provide reviews, but the Niagara pad is hands down one of the most effective and well-engineered options that I have ever purchased. Highly recommended. A+++

The original review of "1"concerned the details of my mother's negative experience with a representative. After speaking to someone at the main office, who investigated the situation in detail and was most apologetic (even sending flowers and a note of assurance to my mother), I have changed the overall average (to "3") because I am impressed with how quickly and kindly this was handled. The complaint was taken very seriously. On his assurance, I have every confidence that steps will be taken to improve how the marketers deal with potential customers, particularly those who are elderly and less equipped to deal with such situations.

This is a fraudulent scheme
1. they charge $12000 for a chair that costs no more than 500$ to build, the company has lead generators thay target elderly immobile folks in shopping centres and then send out a free demonstration to get their foot in the door and give the the person a massage, obviously they feel a bit better and then pressure them to purchase overpriced equipment which don't really work. But the they are stuck with $12000 boulder.
2. They claim to be "backed by research" if you look at their "research" it was done in the 40s and 50s and no modern research supports their claims. You know else which was backed by research in the 40s and 50s? lead in paint, asbestos in buildings.
3. They use testimonials, which is not allowed if they are a true medical device in Australia
4. They try everything to take down negative reviews like mine to limit negative exposure
I am an 80 year old pensioner. The Super Sales tag team convinced me to buy the "CVT Thermo Travel pack" over priced at $4,125. I took it on time payment, 65 fortnightly payments at $65.87 and paid a $200 deposit. Delivery date was 27th July.
I used it as prescribed, in the hope that it would help alleviate the numbness in my feet and be beneficial for my joint replacements (both knees total reconstruction and total reverse shoulder reconstruction). Most disappointed with the result. In less than two weeks, the numb feeling in my feet had progressed to my knees, I lost all feeling in my feet and came very close to falling 6 times. In each case luckily, I had things to grab hold of and didn't go down. The pain in my reconstructed shoulder, (which persisted for about 3 months after the operation, then disappeared totally) returned with a vengeance. I phoned the leader of the sales tag team and got the brush off. I eventually got hold of the boss man and he agreed to take the unit back, but would NOT refund my $200 deposit. The time payment company did however, refund my first payment. My first call to the tag team leader was on 10th August, being day 10 of the 10 day cooling off period, but nothing happened. Additional phone calls were made and finally I spoke to the boss man.
Being an honest person, I returned the unit to Myaree, complete. In hindsight, maybe I should have kept back $200 worth, like the remote control unit and the battery pack, but my conscience wouldn't allow me to do so. I am now $200 poorer for a most unpleasant experience. so you elderly people out there, BEWARE!!
