If I could give less I would
If I could give less I would. Very difficult unit to use, almost hideously expensive to run, extremely difficult to get a qualified engineer who can do more than read the instruction book and almost impossible to have it replaced. It is the size of an America, fridge/freezer and makes a constant, loud whirring noise all day and night. No manufacturer help or after sales service. Don’t even consider buying one.

Having reviewed the details of this service visit, our engineer did attend as scheduled but was unfortunately unable to gain access to the car park, as the fob was not available at the property. The engineer was advised to park outside, however there was no legal parking available in close proximity. For health and safety reasons, as well as practical considerations, our engineers must be able to park legally and within a reasonable distance to carry out the service effectively.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note, as outlined in section 7.14 of the FlexiServ Terms and Conditions,
'Our engineers use medium wheel based, high roof commercial vehicles and must be able to park at a practical distance to your property to enable them to transport relevant equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure access and parking is available at the agreed visit time. Should our personnel need to reschedule as a consequence of not having suitable access, One-Off Charges may apply.'
