Had a very negative experience with a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the UK who reached out about a role, turned up 15+ minutes late to calls, read off documents instead of fully understanding the role, made comments regarding increases in my salary helping her commission. This came to a head when I attended an interview that went well, I went off on holiday and was promised an email with next steps/feedback upon my return, this of course did not happen. I have since reached out to get some feedback under the assumption that I was unsuccessful and have not heard back from this either. Really not encouraging or useful at all and would not work with Nigel Frank's to look for a role again as a result.

I found the insistence on hiring their services to be quite overwhelming, bordering on harassment. Additionally, when we requested more candidates, the communication with the Nigel Frank advisor was not as effective as we had hoped. This experience has left much to be desired.
