My jeans still have not arrived
I purchased a pair of jeans on Thursday and payed £10 for dpd Saturday 1st October delivery as I needed them that day.
And still I have had no parcel and when I try and track it. There is no tracking for it

Shocking recent experience
Generally I have experienced good service with nimes from past orders, this all changed on 25/08/2022 when I have placed an order for next day delivery only to not receive the item and have this seemingly lost on transit between nimes and DPD, nimes offered to send a replacement item and assured me it would be with me by 02/09 only for them to fail on this promise leaving me out of pocket and without my order.
I am bitterly disappointed with this service and will think twice before ever ordering from nimes again.

I can see your order was placed on Thursday 25th August at 22.52. Your order was processed ready for dispatch on Friday 26th August, however Royal Mail were on strike this day so didn't collect. We are closed on Bank Holidays so your order was then collected on Tuesday 30th August but Royal Mail were then on strike again on Wednesday 31st August. I have just checked and can see your order was delivered on Saturday 3rd September, the 5th working day after your order and not within the standard delivery time of 4 working days.

Pretty shocking.
Pretty shocking.. ordered a couple of pairs of jeans. Wasn’t keen so sent them back to get told that one of the pairs didn’t have tags so they wouldn’t refund them. The jeans that didn’t have tags didn’t even get opened…

Great jeans, crap pockets
Great pair of jeans, though I do wonder why you've made the front pockets so damn small? That's the only thing I dislike about them as my phone or compact wallet doesn't even fit in those pockets.

Looks Are Decieving
Erm - how do I put this nicely - well the imagery on the site is not reflective of the quality of the product - you would be mistaken that your blanks are going to be as good as REPRESENT - but no...
The material is cheap - and feels it to the refinements like the popper on the hood of the hoodie are basic and you will be left thinking that this product should be sub £20. Really disappointing to the point I have returned all 3 items in my order....
