Poor comms - cancelled order.
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts nearly 2 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived and no reply from Nimes after several attempts on their website and on Instagram.
*update - emails went straight to junk and did not appear in mailbox searches. Interaction via email top rate, interaction via Instagram so poor I cancelled my order. Only 3 stars from me.

Bad customer service
I have been a customer with NîMES for years and have spent a decent amount of money on their products which I do love! But after sending a pair of jeans back that had a rip and I was accused that I did it wearing them and they were unworn! Also my other pair ripped within two weeks of wearing them and I sent an email regarding the damage which I never got a reply and then being told Im not having a refund or exchange is terrible! So I have to pay for a pair of damaged jeans that I was told have been sent back to me which I never received back.

I now have all colours that the company produce and will be a repeat customer once worn to death. I only wish they produced patterned trousers as well in the same material and fit as I would purchase the lot! Well done on creating the perfect jeans guys. Loyal customer gained!
