Very good customer service

I ordered a book necklace engraved with the title of my friend’s book, unfortunately when it arrived it had a misprint (The title was in Spanish). The customer service was quick and very helpful, they sent a replacement asap and got it on time for my friends birthday. She absolutely loved it!!

After sales care not great

Ordered a couple items, one was lovely and as expected the other was not like the photos the spacing was not like the photos on the website, as it was earrings they would only offer an exchange. Be cautious on what your buying as products differ from website. Overall the necklace was lovely and great vale but be aware that the after sales care is not great.

Regarding the earrings, we want to assure all customers that our product photography accurately represents our items. We understand that individual expectations can sometimes vary, and lighting or screen settings may occasionally affect how products appear online versus in person.
Our return policy, which is clearly outlined on our website, states that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons - this is a standard practice across the jewelry industry. However, we did offer an exchange for the identical item, which we felt was a fair accommodation given our policy.

Fantastic Jewellery

I discovered this jewellery website through a TikToker, and I was immediately drawn in by the beautiful styles available. I don’t usually go for gold, but I fell in love with the pieces I saw. I ended up ordering earrings, a ring, and two necklaces, all at really reasonable prices.
Since receiving them, I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve gotten from my husband, family, friends, and coworkers! Each piece adds a lovely touch to my outfits, and I’m so happy with my purchases. If you’re looking for stylish and affordable jewellery, I highly recommend checking out this website! 😊

POOR QUALITY & SPELT NAMES INCORRECTLY …

I paid for a necklace with the option of having two names added onto a safety pin. The order process seemed simple. It was a bereavement purchase, so I made sure both names were correct. It took a few weeks to come. On opening the beautifully presented box, it was immediately obvious my name was incorrect. They had used two capital letters for the first two initials in name. It looked ridiculous and hard to read. A very poorly produced necklace with an illiterate making them. I contacted Nina Kane Jewellery asking for a refund and providing photographic evidence. You
can imagine, being a bereavement purchase, this was so important to me. The response has been quite shocking. They admit they are at fault. However, no empathy, no apologies and STILL REFUSING A REFUND !! THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT MAKING A PURCHASE AS ONCE YOU PAY YOUR MONEY THEY CEASE TO CARE. I have now handed the matter to Trading Standards. DISMILL & I DO NOT RECOMMEND ***** YOU WILL SEE BELOW THERE THREATENING REPLY !! AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY - I ONLY RECEIVED THE POOR QUALITY NECKLACES LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO !! SEE ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS. THE ONLY THING GOING ON IS THAT THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMING YOU AND HOLD YOU TO RANSOM. CAN'T WAIT FOR TRADING STANDARDS TO INVESTIGATE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Hi Natalie, Thank you for your review, but there are a few things which we need to address with your review.

First and foremost, we did indeed profusely apologise that the necklace was not to your satisfaction, especially being for such a personal situation, and we fully agreed to refund the order for you once you had returned the item back to us.

You have not yet returned the order and still expect a full refund which we cannot agree to do as we explained several times in our emails.

Once the order has been returned to us, as is our right, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund for the order.

Please note, that the order was not spelt incorrecly, it was simply made using capital and lower case letters, yet we still agreed to provide you with a refund nonetheless.

Your unwillingness to return the goods is leading us to belive that there is more to this than meets the eye in this situation, as any other resonable person would simply return the order to receive their refund as quickly as possible, but yet you are still demaning that a refund be made immediately without returning the goods.

As a final note, we have also explained to you in several of our emails, that trading standards will also advise that if a customer wishes to receive a refund then the goods must first be returned to the seller, which you are still declining to do, therefore you are trying to KEEP the goods AND claim your money back.

Cheap products

Avoid!

Avoid - The clasp on the bracelet that I received would not open. I asked to be refunded for the postage to send it back due to it being faulty but they were adamant it was at my cost! Apparently it had passed their tests but there is no way it could have, you would have had to use a knife or screwdriver to get it open, there was no way a fingernail would do it. Very disappointing! If there's a genuine problem with your item............beware!!

Throughout our communications, we were nothing but accommodating and helpful in addressing your concerns. However, your personal difficulty opening a bracelet clasp does not constitute a product defect. Our quality control process includes testing all clasps before dispatch - this bracelet passed our tests and functioned perfectly. When returned, we tested it again and the clasp opened normally without any tools required.
As clearly explained in our emails before you chose to return the item, we were not obligated to cover return postage for a product that was working exactly as designed. Despite the bracelet being fully functional and your claim being unfounded, we still provided you with a complete refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We find it disappointing that despite our helpful customer service and full refund for a non-defective item, you've chosen to leave such a negative review. We stand behind our quality products and fair policies while always striving to provide excellent customer service.
