We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience with your bracelet. A clasp breaking after just a few hours of wear is absolutely not the standard we expect from our products, and this type of issue is highly unusual for our bracelets.

Had you contacted us directly about this quality concern, we would have immediately provided a replacement bracelet - no questions asked. We pride ourselves on resolving any product issues promptly and are always committed to making things right for our customers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you loved the necklace and found it to be great value.
Regarding the earrings, we want to assure all customers that our product photography accurately represents our items. We understand that individual expectations can sometimes vary, and lighting or screen settings may occasionally affect how products appear online versus in person.
Our return policy, which is clearly outlined on our website, states that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons - this is a standard practice across the jewelry industry. However, we did offer an exchange for the identical item, which we felt was a fair accommodation given our policy.
We take great pride in our customer service and always strive to find solutions within our policy guidelines. We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate your positive feedback about the necklace quality and value.

Hi Natalie, Thank you for your review, but there are a few things which we need to address with your review.

First and foremost, we did indeed profusely apologise that the necklace was not to your satisfaction, especially being for such a personal situation, and we fully agreed to refund the order for you once you had returned the item back to us.

You have not yet returned the order and still expect a full refund which we cannot agree to do as we explained several times in our emails.

Once the order has been returned to us, as is our right, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund for the order.

Please note, that the order was not spelt incorrecly, it was simply made using capital and lower case letters, yet we still agreed to provide you with a refund nonetheless.

Your unwillingness to return the goods is leading us to belive that there is more to this than meets the eye in this situation, as any other resonable person would simply return the order to receive their refund as quickly as possible, but yet you are still demaning that a refund be made immediately without returning the goods.

As a final note, we have also explained to you in several of our emails, that trading standards will also advise that if a customer wishes to receive a refund then the goods must first be returned to the seller, which you are still declining to do, therefore you are trying to KEEP the goods AND claim your money back.

Your statement that there has been no response from customer service is inaccurate. If you haven’t received our replies, please do check your spam folder as there may be an email delivery issue with emails.

Thank you for your feedback, Amanda. We'd like to set the record straight regarding your bracelet return.
Throughout our communications, we were nothing but accommodating and helpful in addressing your concerns. However, your personal difficulty opening a bracelet clasp does not constitute a product defect. Our quality control process includes testing all clasps before dispatch - this bracelet passed our tests and functioned perfectly. When returned, we tested it again and the clasp opened normally without any tools required.
As clearly explained in our emails before you chose to return the item, we were not obligated to cover return postage for a product that was working exactly as designed. Despite the bracelet being fully functional and your claim being unfounded, we still provided you with a complete refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We find it disappointing that despite our helpful customer service and full refund for a non-defective item, you've chosen to leave such a negative review. We stand behind our quality products and fair policies while always striving to provide excellent customer service.
