We have a pre-order option for items which we don't have in stock - mainly for convenience, so you can place an order and not (eventually) get what you want. Great customer service!
There was a slight delay with one of the products I had ordered, N&J emailed me straight away, and when I explained that I needed the other items fairly quickly they were posted and arrived the next day, with the delayed item only taking a couple of extra days. Great customer service! Will definitely shop here again.
