Had all the products I needed in stock, made a very small error that would easily be done. I ordered some trumpers saddle wood shaving soap and they sent me shaving cream by accident, the packaging and everything is exactly the same on these two products and would easily be done if you had lots of orders to pick. I called them when I received my order, the sent me the correct product straight away by express delivery and when asking where to return the first product bearing in mind it's value is around £20 they said don't worry keep it. This was unexpected and very kind.

Thanks again and I will be sure to always get my man stuff from you guys.
